Food as always did not dissapoint, tasty and nice variety! Very nice evenging programs for the children. Air conditioning in the room was bad we could barely cool the room, in the bathroom the drainage was clogged so after we ahowered the water was on the level of our knees and also the bathroom had a very bad smell of mold. One day after leaving the beach one man from the beach staff started yelling to us that we did not close de umbrellas, no offense but this shouldn't have happened in front of children.

The location is great, right in the city center. I liked that you could enjoy your time even late at night. The room was okay, and I appreciated the view and the staff. The food choices were poor, but acceptable for the price paid. I didn’t like that the hotel parking actually belongs to another hotel, Astoria I guess

Rejoyce, vegetarians! Breakfast included multiple salads, fresh veggies & herbs, a few different kind of yogurt,9 6b variety of cheeses & olives (plus, cooked eggs & animal proteins are also served)! Room was modern & plenty of storage space "Private beach" was not in front of the hotel but behind another one.

The location. The staff’s attitude. Just because I wasn’t wearing the bracelet they gave me, when I enter the hotel, they look at me like I’m a criminal. It’s ridiculous. I work in a hotel, you can ask the guest’s room number and confirm their name in the the system, not tell them you cannot let them in.

the place was clean, staff nice enough, we stayed at the end of the season, & had no problems, in summer we think you would struggle to get a sunbed, the pool area isn't large enough for the hotel, & after a couple of day's the food is very samey,

Location is very good, a few meters to the beach. Not a luxury hotel, but good overall hotel and good value for money. There is enough variety in the buffet, good choice of salads and fruits , managed to find something to eat despite being on a low salt diet, food was tasty. No mattress for the pool or at the beach, bathroom was a bit poorly designed and needs some refurbishment

Excellent location, just in front of the main walking area and the beach. Several options for the breakfast were available. Local vegetables are presented in a good amount.

Staff was kind and helpful, no complaint here; The food was diversified and tasty, especially the fruits. Rooms are small, but very nice and clean; We had hot water all the time and the water pressure was nicer than at my home. Big downside for us was that everything closed down at 11pm,pool area and all the bars, they basically sent everyone to bed; Another big minus for us was that the gate towards the beach closed at 6pm and you had to go around the hotel to get to and from the beach after that time, which kind of made us feel like we're not at a "beach hotel"; There were plenty of sunbeds, but they were far from the sea and they didn't have any mattresses on them; There was no free toilet at the beach; The wifi at the hotel was bad, it just randomly stopped working at times. The coffee was terrible throughout the entire area.

It was really clean. I didn’t like that the pools were used by the two hotels of MPM and it wasn’t enough space for everyone or if you want to swim the space is really not enough. Also you are in Bulgaria and 90% of the staff doesn’t speak Bulgarian.

The location was amazing, the beach was very close with many sunbeds, the staff was very nice and really helpful, rooms were clean, drinks and snack bar was great, the food was also nice but only for people that are not that picky. If you are picky about the food you might not find the things that you like, especially lunch and dinner but despite that the breakfast was good but always the same and for the lunch and dinner, there were some changes each day but small ones.

Parking with money. Safe with money. Ultra all inclusive is not working this way. Pool is closing 18. Everything is close at 12:00. Really?. Is this jail or hotel.
