Small place for crowds, especially at breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The rooms had too small curtains that were very light, so the sun made the room bright in the early morning. The walls and door is not silent proof, we could hear the neighbours tv when it was on and every step outside our door. The curtains and the sofa had stains. There were no beach towels.

Staff was fantastic and the location as well. Good quality and abundant choice in food. Modern furniture in rooms. Amazing views from room balconies. Beach is just across the pedestrian street. The hotel’s facilities could serve and accommodate half the number of guests. It the hotel had 100 rooms instead of 200, it would make more sense and comfort for guests. Small pool and crowded pool area, insufficient dining area, tiny rooms. Parking is very far away.

The room was great. I think you advertised it wrong. It was called a studio room with sea views. Evening entertainment was bingo then nothing else. All inclusive ended at 10 o'clock so not what was advertised. Spent time in the bar next door after that.

Only locality was good. Staff absolutely unfriendly, nobody has told us how is it with dinners, breakfast etc., where is bar, until which time is opened, only here is table with times, go and look.. and they are calling theirselves 4* hotel ? I was working in 4* hotel and we had to be kind and polite and willing to clients but this has nothing to do with profesionality and willingness. Everywhere were tables and papers with what is forbidden and not allowed but we did not see anywhere for example enjoy your stay.. we felt like in some asylum only instructions how to behave but nothing to feel comfortable..

Our Room was very clean and nice with a sea view. The Food and desserts was also very good. We loved our stay ? location was perfect as we were on the promenade next to the beach. The Wifi was catastrophic I had to use the whole time my mobile data.. but besides that everything was okey?

* The bufet/food was generous and varied. * Poor cleaning services (almost 4 days without cleaning, the terrace was never cleaned in 12 days). * Small room. * Very poor wi-fi connection (only worked near the entrance door, but not in the room). * No parking available, we paid additionnaly for parking / day, at another hotel, where we found availability. Very few parking spaces at the hotel (about 10-12 parking spaces for a 12 floors hotel). * Only 2 small elevators (480 kg each) for a 12 floors hotel (at least 144 rooms). * The pool was small and the water cold, we never enjoyed it, we preffered to go to the beach.

Good choice of food, excellent location (next to the beach), friendly staff. The WiFi network is bad. Our room was full of mosquitoes.

Very bad staff, food was terrible, i didn’t eat nothing from hotel, im really sorry i choice this hotel, 200 rooms was only 2 elevator, i don’t recommend no body It is in the centrum, good location

Location,very clean and excellent service

Good location and clean Staff very rude and didn't know basic English which made things uncomfortable for both them and me. Swimming pool tiny compared to pics and food not great.
