The staff was more catered towards profit and limiting people from using the all inclusive than the overall customer satisfaction. Strange looks and I did feel like I got a them VS me vibe.

The location is close to the beach I honestly cannot recommend this hotel, despite it being rated 4 stars. First of all, parking is charged extra, and the hotel lot is neither secured nor guaranteed. If the few available spaces are taken, staff direct you to a much farther paid parking area, which is very inconvenient. Strangely enough, my room overlooked another parking area with plenty of free spaces, but it didn’t seem to be available for all guests. The food was one of the worst parts of the stay – extremely poor quality and badly prepared. Definitely not what you would expect from a 4-star establishment. The room itself was small and unpleasant. The walls were literally covered in blood stains from dead mosquitoes left by previous guests, giving the place the look of a mosquito graveyard. The bathroom wasn’t any better: rusty marks on the mirrors and towel holders, a door frame that looked like it had once been clogged with mold, and a shower that leaked directly onto the floor while spreading a strong sewage smell throughout the room. Another big downside was the lack of proper rules enforcement. Guests were allowed to blast music on personal speakers, making it difficult to relax. While the hotel claims that reserving sunbeds is not allowed, some guests still did it without any staff intervention. Overall, this place is far from the standards of a true 4-star hotel. Poor facilities, low-quality food, and a lack of proper management made the stay extremely disappointing.

The location is top, first line. You cross the road and you are already on the beach. There is also a bar on the beach, on the area of the hotel's umbrellas, that serves beer and non-alcoholic refreshments. No questions to the the staff either. All very polite, nice and spoke 4+ languages. The food was very plain. Very tasteless, without salt or any spices. Visually absolutely not impressive or exciting. Very basic canteen stuff. Big queues on the pool bar, because it's just one poor guy working there. You needed to wait a lot of time just to get one drink which is very low quality, you gonna have a headache after couple of them. No light in the corridors. You only have automatic lights near your door. Before that - darkness. There is no mosquito net in the rooms, and because of that there were a lot of mosquitoes . We literally couldn't sleep because of them. The walls are white and covered in blood from killed ones. They hide inside the rooms and come to bite you in the evening. Overall, the experience wasn't near 4 stars. Maybe maximum cheap 3*. Not worth it. Better pay 20-30 leva more and go to a more stable and nice place.

Very nice staff. good location. comfortable beds. clean and nice. Close to the beach and sunbeds belong to the hotel. beach bar belonging to the hotel. We would love to come to this hotel again The food was ok. The system of taking drinks in the restaurant was bad. More points where you can pick up drinks. Self-service with drinks should be available for the food. If there are a lot of people, it takes a long time to get a drink.

Ideally located. Close to beach and shopping and bars. Clean rooms. Food was poor. Staff little English. No entertainment at night and very basic during the day for kids. Not an ideal place for Irish families as hotel seemed to contain mostly locals with zero manners. Drink very poor. I'm coeliac and no cider options even to buy. All alcohol and even soft drinks lower brands and no quality. Cocktails terrible. Also I asked numerous staff at the food section what foods were gluten free. Zero help. Two days in I must have got either glutened or food poisoning but messed me up for 5 days. Due to above we had to eat and drink out most nights which added a cost that going all inclusive we had not considered. We went September so maybe things starting to shut down. But again food never hot and low standard. Our kids only had soup even when we went to canteen. Other than been ideally located being on beachfront. Anyone with family avoid.

The room was big The facilities were great Food was various and good The fact that the gate to the beach was closed after 6PM. You have had to go to the main entrance after that. Also, the pool was closed at 6PM too and the water was cold during the day.

It didn't have interesting food at all, and at the same time, it was a very, very soulless hotel, and it didn't have a program for travelers, it didn't have a prosperous program at all.

I liked the access to the beach For me was the beach experience, ultra all inclusive offers, parking and communication. The price was very high for little that it offers!!!. I write them down 1. Parking - was very expensive and the car they put me to leave it at 1km from hotel... 2. Communication poor - NO english, no good communication 3. Ultra all inclusive - IF YOU WANT JACK DANIELS, FRAPPE, YOU PAY! What was included was J&B, and few very known names of drinks. For the rest, you need to pay!!! Beer, you had 1.choice - their beer, which is not so good! 4. On the beach bar - few drinks like coffee, Coke, beer, cherry and apple juice and thats it...if you want a frappe if you want a liquor, cocktail, you need to stay în the hotel or at pool (not at the beach) or you pay to other stores around the beach! 5. The area on the beach reserved of the hotel is very far away from the beach!!! You have area for hotel with sunbeds but it is a small area and away from the beach (far away) în front- paid sunbeds if you want to pay to stay în the front. The other hotels did not have this 6. Food - not so variate. Sweets the same everyday. At the snack bar area - very low hygiene, no staff to stay and clean Food - some of them not so well cooked (like meat, sauces, scrambled eggs)
