Breakfast was tasty, cold and warm options. The only thing I'd point out is toast bread only. More variety of groceries would be nice.

We liked that it was clean, spacious, the staff was great, good location and breakfast. very nice mini golf garden in the evening there was noise from a near by hotel that had entertainment shows and music. we had to close the balcony door so our son could sleep

My stay felt like a family vacation. The property is kind of boutique compared to the huge hotels around. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the restaurant didn't disappoint. Breakfast was really good. It was all fine.

It's not quite beachfront as you can find on booking. The beach It's about 150 m away

Perfect location next the beach. They have a great miniature golf 18 hole course included withe stay and my daughtered loved it. We played 30 timed. They have great tennis courts with lessons but did not use. The rooms were nice and good AC. The only issue was a broken toilet seat and we had a few floors to climb with an injured knee but this was expected. The people working there are extremely friendly and helpful. The parking is attached and enclosed with a fence. They have a nice bar and cafe on the grounds which is also nice.

Great rooms, clean, big enough for two people with the greatest and biggest bed I have ever seen! It’s huge, and very comfortable! A great and beyond garden makes you feel in a corner of heaven. Good tennis courts if you want to play at an affordable price. The breakfast is very good and enough variety of items. Great coffee also included! Really close to the beach (300m) but far enough to avoid the noisy area. A little bit of noise from people checking in late at night due to poor insulation of the entrance door. But if you are sleeping like I do, you won’t hear anything ?

Everything is clean (they clean daily) and the staff is very kind (they let us check-in early since telhey had a room ready) The parking space is big and private. The room size is good, with a very big and comfy bed.

Private parking; very kind and helpful stuff/ owner; breakfast included; instant hot and cold water from the tap; peaceful area around the building; restaurants and supermarkets in the neighbour; very nice beach in a 5 minute walk (parasol and sunbed available for 9 leva each but also plenty of free beach area for those having their own parasols and / or towels) Two small things that are perhaps worth mentioning here: there are a few mosquitoes, so maybe a mosquito net on the balcony door would be useful. There is only one outlet for electricity, so an extension cord or splitter may be useful.
