The apartment was big enough for the 4 of us. It is located on the main road, 6 min away from the beach and 15 min away from the main street with the clubs. It was very noisy, I could hear every car pass by, and was hard to sleep. The cleaning staff was rude and sneaked around me to enter without permission and without saying a word when I went to open the ringing bell. Eventhough there is a parking, it is paid separately, which in my opinion is unacceptable.

The staff were friendly and polite The curtains were terrible. Basically net curtains that let in all the light from the road. The windows didn't block out any road noise. It was very noisy in the apartment. We could not sleep. The neighbours were noisy even though it was meant to be quiet after 11pm. The aircon wasn't great.

Nice location near by but not to close to the centre. Good size double room for the prize can't ask for more.

We stayed at the Karlovo twice.The hotel is close to shops,taxi rank,flower street is only few minutes walking distance.The staff is great and Persiana is an excellent host and a credit to the Karlovo. N/a

- location is good, it is close to the beach. - a bleach smell covered all the room, which means it was cleaned prior to our arrival. The procedures are VERY outdated: - to access the breakfast, we had to carry with us a piece of paper where somebody had to check a checkbox for each day we had breakfast or not. - at checkout, we were asked to wait until somebody went into our room and checked if we damaged something or not. - the rooms have old fashioned keys, not access cards. - very limited breakfast, no sweets. - the matresses seemed old and really could use an upgrade. - the reception staff cloud improve their english. - shower really small. Although it had a courtain, the water gets over the whole bathroom

Location, garden and size of room Lighting in the common areas of the hotel. Cost saving at the expense of guests comfort (dark nische with no appropriate lighting in front of the room during day) is not appropriate option. Food options in overall and food quality (dinner) can be improved.

Very close to beach, clean and with nice pool. Breakfast could be richer in diversity and the room fridge it's small and without freezer space.
