We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Points by Sheraton in Sunny Beach and I can't help but speak highly about our experience! From the moment we stepped in, it was clear that the hotel takes great pride in providing excellent service. The staff was warm, attentive, and always striving for perfection, ensuring every detail was taken care of. A big shoutout to Nikolay - the restaurant manager - who went above and beyond to make sure every guest had an unforgettable dining experience. His professionalism and genuine care were evident throughout our stay, and he really made us feel like a VIP with his thoughtful recommendations and impeccable service. The breakfast was absolutely incredible, varied, and delicious! It had something for everyone, from fresh pastries to hearty options, and everything in between. I must mention the chef - Jordan - who truly impressed us with his culinary skills. Each morning, he prepared mouthwatering dishes that set the tone for a great day. We liked everything! There was no negative aspect that I could mention!

Most of the staff members were quite newly hired and poorly trained. I asked 4 different people to tell me the location to the SPA. 3 of them told me it's closed. The forth one tried to find it and did not manage to so he send me to the reception. They also did not know how to reach it so they found the manager who finally did the job. It was working and all good.

Everything was fine!! The room was very comfortable, clean and new. The breakfast was good and coffee as well. Definitely I will comming back over there.

Very good hotel with a best location. - not enough parking spaces, 30 spaces for 600 rooms - the sunbed was included in the price... but there were a total of 30 sunbeds in the entire hotel. They were booked early in the morning with a towel and booked all day even if not there there were even then.

Overall it meets our expectations. We didn't chose it as a 5 star Sheraton seafront is wonderful but too noisy due to nightclubs. It was very short of staff especially night times.

Beautiful Clean Hotel… Great Location right beside the beach and shopping streets … Staff very friendly and helpful… Breakfast was good a great variety of everything…We had a sea view room which I would recommend… will definitely return next year Nothing
