Very clean Everything was okey

Big, nice and very clean room. Good pool area, we also enjoyed the brekfast. Quiet area and close to the beach.

the location is good, rooms are spacious the sink was broken there was a lot of water coming to the room floor..my husband had to fix it because the technician was super late. came almost at midnight the housekeeper took one of the small towels and didnt replace it; at checkout we were questioned like thieves for 15 minutes. horrible management, super rude staff

Kitchen equipment doesn't work (electric stove), but it's a problem for those who are going to prepare some food in the apartments

They don’t have restaurants only breakfast with 5 or 6 options , but the food manager was very friendly and kindly and gave us fasting food (Friday)

It was like a trip back in time It’s immaculately clean and super well maintained 90s style hotel After the initial astonishment we enjoyed the cleanliness and especially the breakfast experience It’s a love on second sight hotel The unloading capabilities by car are limited Only with an suv you can access the front door Alternately you have an unpacked back road

Second time there. Amazing Staff all round, Great location, Extremely clean and tidy and Perfect for a relaxing holiday with the family, some time away with friends or even a solo trip! Even though you can see cooking facilities in the photos, due to health, safety and fire regulations, you are unable to use the cooking facilities anymore.

Hotel very close to the beach, the pool was clean, friendly staff and tasty breakfast. Everything was above expectations. -

The hotel has well furnished rooms and nice public spaces. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is very nice and maintained in perfect condition daily. There are shops and dining options just a short walk away. The breakfasts would benefit from being a self-service buffet rather than a set number of options to choose from each day. They are fine in themselves and portions are generous.

Price Absence of spa that is required for 5-stars hotels.

Really close to the beach and although it was very close to the street, it was not too much noise. Rooms(at least the one we had) was really big, clean & comfortable, nice balcony woth pool view. The pool, although smaller than other hotels, was clean and not very crowded. The room was cleaned daily. Hotel staff was very helpful. Also, the hotel is closer to Nesserbar Old Town than to Sunny Beach center (10 min ride with the small train). Since it's a small boutique hotel there is not a breakfast buffet, but there are 6 options of "breakfast mix" to choose from. We did not find that as a problem per se, however, i would suggest for example bring the youghurt in an unopened can (it was brought directly into the bowl). Also, i would suggest adding more fruit or make them available separately and not brought to the table already cut (it took out from the freshness and some days we could not eat them even though they were much needed).
