There were not enough space/chairs/tables on the terrace so could not join the night activities. There were plenty of alcohol types to choose but less for the people who are not drinking. Ice-cream was not great as well.

I liked everything.

Food , coffee, beer, wine very tasteful. Is not an ultra all inclusive. Fake advertising.Noisy rooms 4 th floor. Ventilation problems ,bathrooms smell as a kitchen in the morning.

food is ok All inclusive property dont provide bottled waters, so strange and so sad They give you one bottle par day and they are very upset if you going to ask for more They try to charge 15 lev for three bottles water in all inclusive deal we pruches This is so strange and not acceptable

The room and bath were both very nice, big space and clean. Food was decent, nothing fancy, nothing gross, just decent food to eat.. At the bar they had a very good prosecco, that after a while they decided to ruin it combining it mandatory with soda and ice. When you go to an all inclusive beach resort you expect.to have some.drinks on the beach, well surprise they made sure to not do that, they only provided water and some gross orange/apple juice. Not even a beer. The beach and everything else were closing at 18.00, and the fact that is pretty far from the center there was nothing else to do. At the bar, the drinks were very cheap made, with only a shadow of alcohol.

The property itself was lovely and clean. The rooms were spacious. The pool along with the poolside seating was ideal. Food and drinks all day. The distance from the main square is about a 45 minute walk which is fine but I think there should be more information on getting in there and how much taxis should charge ect because some can be extortionate

I had an experience that I don't want to repeat. I had a 4 night stay where the food was not even 1 star considering the hotel was 5 star. Breakfast was the same every day, all the dishes were also kept during the day as a snack. The manager Ivan angelova was watching you to see how you were dressed and if he didn't like it he sent you back he even checked the seat if it was wet considering the tables were by the pool. None of the staff were smiling and the bar staff were very aggressive when you asked for a drink. Only one boy from Spain Aijan was very nice to the guests and smiling. If you're not from Bulgaria you're waiting a long time at the bar for a drink if this guy isn't there! A blond boy served and gave you whatever drink he wanted and served whomever he wanted! hope you fix it and teach the employees how to behave with guests

The stuff was very kind and the food was very good. We could not charge our electric car on the hotel spot because they could not or did not want to remove the non electric car that was stopped on the charging station of the hotel.

The hotel is very nice, spacious rooms, good food and variety. Few sun beds by the pool, even though they put a sign that you can’t hold the bed all day long people still do it. Maybe they should add another area with sunbeds and another smaller pool. For the capacity it has it is a certainty you won’t find a place, even off season.

Firstly, It is cold and there was no solution ! No heater possibility. It is cold and you have to stay and survive ! When you open the air conditioner with heating mode, it is still blowing cold. Why ? Answer is “summer mode” but it is unacceptable. I called reception for an electrical heater they sent extra blanket to me. If you stay with a baby you have to be careful about room temperature. Secondly, they have to define some swimming pool rules to all customers. Many teenager started to jump into pool and their parents followed them. It was shameful. Pool is already small, when they start to jump, our small swimming zone shrinked to smaller zone. Lifeguard just watched and said nothing because there is no rule! Kids were running by the pool, I can not imagine what happens when they falled. Some rules have to be defined urgently. I visited many hotels in many different countries, there were always rules that enables people to live in peace. I recommend them to take this into consideration Finally, Thin walls and noise isolation. When the next guy start to call on the phone, it can be heared without any efforts easily. It's really sad to have to endure this after paying for a 5 star hotel. I experienced a more comfortable holiday at fewer starred hotel at different countries. Definitely not worth it.
