Sunny Beach Club - Adults only

The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, the location was excellent, and the facilities were well maintained. Most of the staff were friendly, and the food offered a good variety. My stay was overshadowed by a very serious incident. I clearly informed the staff about my religious dietary restrictions and requested a non-pork meal, yet I was intentionally served pork. Respect for guests’ religious beliefs should be a basic standard in any hotel. Although the hotel apologized, I do not believe the response was sufficient considering the seriousness of what happened. This incident significantly affected my trust and overall experience.

Overall, I had a good stay at Sunny Beach Club. The hotel has a great atmosphere, and the pool area is definitely one of its highlights. There are plenty of sunbeds and lots of space, so it never felt overcrowded. The hotel also organizes fun activities during the day, which adds to the experience. The beach is only about a 5-minute walk away, making the location very convenient. The hotel also has some entertainment options, such as a pool table and a PS4 gaming area. However, these are all paid activities, which is worth knowing before you arrive. The biggest disappointment was the food. The selection is quite limited, and the menu is very repetitive from day to day. The hotel also advertises vegan options, but in reality they are very limited. For example, if you want plant-based milk at breakfast, you have to ask for it, and depending on which staff member you speak to, you may be told they don’t have any. The bread also seemed stale most of the time, as if it had been served from the previous day. Another letdown was the drinks. The hotel advertises soft drinks, but they only provide them through an old self-service machine with cola and lemon-lime soda from a brand called Natural. Unfortunately, both drinks tasted quite unpleasant and were not comparable to the soft drinks most guests would expect. Finally, the shower was frustrating to use because the water temperature constantly changed on its own, switching between extremely hot and very cold, making it difficult to take a comfortable shower.

Our 6th year, yes we came back again - I don’t have enough good words to say about this place. Everything from the food, amenities, animation to room and staff were 10/10. As always - we’ll be back next July as well. Thank you! N/A

The food was great. The hotel is located very close to the beach and thats perfect! People working in the bathroom are the best! The music outside on the pool was working only till 23pm

The food was incredible, i am a very picky eater, but i always had something to eat it was very tasty. There was occasionally problems with the parking. We payed 120BGN for 6 days of parking, but when we go out with the car there where no parking spots left and they offered us to take us to a different parking. I cannot understand why do you rent out more parking spots than you have.

Great value hotel, everything was clean and nice. Good breakfasts. Pool was a bit cold, but it's ok for this time of the year. Right across the street there is beach. There's hotel parking and free parking on the street by hotel.

The experience was exceptional. A small birthday celebration was also arranged for my mother. The ambiance is both classy and modern, presenting a stunning aesthetic.

very close to beach, even have a runway to it. multiple elevators, facile accesses large space, lounge nice pools and relaxing areas quality of interior finishing of rooms could be better cheap drinks, not very qualitative

The beach was close, about 5min walk. The pools were clean and not very crowded. The food wasn't that good, taste was bland or too salty and there were just 4 cocktails included with very cheap alcohol.
