The room, the bed, the parrot Food - nothing good enough

Good value for money. Big room, clean, all accessories working condition Food repetitive and medium low quality of products served. Parking separate payment(10 europerday), 5 min walk and not very accesible to use car daily.

Intimate, cozy and comfortable hotel. I use to spend my holiday in this hotel for more than 7 years and I have ben always fully satisfied. May be the light in the bathroom. Actually, it looks difficult to shave yourself in the quasi-darkness.

The room, the swimming pool. Although we read some bad reviews about the food, we hoped there are written by very pretentious persons. But the truth is that the food is not for 4 stars hotel. If possible, avoid the salads and the foods that use sauces. In the last two days our little children, two of the 4(2 and 4 years) vomited around 3 AM. We DID NOT EAT other food than the one from hotel. Because of this, we couldn't avoid getting the sheets dirty and on the last day, the manager brought the dirty sheets to the reception and made us pay for them. It is unacceptable. They told us to pay for the sheets in full. I told them the sheets could be washed, but they insisted we pay for them. I am writing this message because we were threatened by the hotel manager with Booking.com. Since we arrived at the hotel we were nice to the staff at the Forum hotel and tipped for services that were already included. This is the reality: 4 stars room 2 stars for the food 1 for drinks 0 stars for the manager (reception)

The hotel staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. The bed was large and comfortable, and the room was spacious. The balcony was nice to relax during the evening. The food was different each day, and was quite good, even though there were not that many varieties. The juice and coffee were ok. The pool was on the smaller side but very clean and there were enough sunbeds, which were comfortable. The beach was also a 5-10 min walk away. We also had private parking which was 20 BGN per day. The end tables next to the bed were dusty and there were cobwebs in the corner of the room. The bathroom floor also looked like it had not been cleaned. A bit more attention to cleaning would have made our stay excellent.

The room was very clean and spacious with an extra large bed. The staff was friendly and helped us with early check-in. The food was also ok. Relatively close to the beach, 10 mins walking. Overall, it offers good experience for a couple or a family. Not many options for food. Desserts, snacks and drinks were not so good. Expensive parking for what it offers, you park half of your car on the street, there is a free one 10 minutes walking from the hotel.

_ Let me start with the fact that my room was not cleaned, I had to go down to the reception to ask for it to be cleaned, I had a reservation for 6 rooms. The next morning, the husband drank coffee with the roommates and there he loaded a cup, which arrived at our room with three cups, after I announced that it was not cleaned, the cleaning lady came and took and the cup that was extra. When leaving, what do you think, the lady didn't recognize me anymore and I was good about paying 10 leva for the cup. Although it is my second year at this hotel, I will not return, deeply disappointed by the attitude of the employees. The food is poorly diversified, I had the same dessert for five days, only that it had a different glaze on top, in the morning I had the same menu during the entire stay.

Great location. Pretty quite and relaxing. Excellent staff, very friendly. The room was big, the AC was able to cool down the room even after being turned off so it never got too hot inside. Too warm in the building. The food was good but the choice was limited. In the description of the hotel it was mentioned free parking which was not the case, it was 20BGN per night.
