Hotel & SPA Diamant Residence - All Inclusive

Very big and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Cleaning ladies did a great job too. Overall good quality for the value. Food was mediocre, but still enough variety to find something you like. Drinks were bad. No drinking water available after hours ( no bottled water). The show was decent, nothing exciting.

The staff was exceptionally sweet and helpful both at the hotel and the spa. The spa was great, we enjoyed our treatments a lot. Nice food and drinks, there was always something to eat even if you missed a meal. We really liked the hotel's design and atmosphere. There were children's shows put on outside that the noise cancelation in our room couldn't block out entirely, and when we wanted to go to sleep we couldn't because the show was going on till quite late. Also, there wasn't really centralized lighting in the room so it felt a little dark in the evening, and additionally the water drainage in the shower wasn't great and water was starting to pool very quickly.

The hotel and staff was very nice. The room was very spacious and clean. The food was good. There are quite limited sunbeds at the hotel's pool, you have to get there before 9.00 AM to get a good one as the hotel does not have a private beach at the seaside.

The rooms were clean, and the location was good,very close to the beach, which was a plus. The food wasn’t the best, but it was acceptable. We had to pay extra to use the indoor pool because the water in the outdoor pool was too cold. Unfortunately, the indoor pool was very small, and the water was also cold, despite their claim that it's maintained at 25°C. The jacuzzi was not working either. You also had to pay to use a sauna and steam bath. If you wanted to use the safe in the room, there was an additional charge. The snack bar was supposed to serve until 6 p.m., but they stopped offering service well before the announced time. Towels were only available during a specific time in the morning. If you missed that window, you couldn't get any. There were no activities offered at the hotel, which made the stay quite dull.

The thing related to parking spot. Everyone should have a specific spot and to have arguments with other drivers that stole the spot. I think I person that handle the parking related matters will help.

Hotel interior is excellent, service on reception is good, staff could use a little more language knowledge, but things are going well and there are solutions. Room cleaning was excellent, very nice and kind room maids.The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet has a large selection of food, unfortunately no lactose or gluten-free food. In the meantime, the snack buffet is open - no one went hungry.Very nice experience.

They offer free parking car. There is a nice gay all time will help you to find a free car parking Internet low connection. You could include Teflix or HBO or other. I did not open TV because I can understand language

All good. Inside the hotel area, everything ok. I recommend to have a supervisor for pool area to "cool down" people with less common sense. 1. Very crowded in August. 2. Outside the hotel, everyone from shops, beach, parking...etc tried to rob you. No receipts, no card accepted, the price may be different depending on the seller mood. And the local parking will pick-up your car even if you leave the car for 10 min. No merci for visitors. Never again I will set foot in BG.

Room was a bit different than expected, the bed was just two smaller beds moved together which was okay I guess. One day the cleaning staff came to clean the room after we just got back to the hotel at around 15:00 after we've been out all day, we had to leave the room in order for her to clean it.

Reception staff were really nice and kind. The hotel is very clean also, the rooms are very clean and it a hotel kids friendly! I really liked that. Food was really bad! I would have give a 7. Not too many options and there were days when the food was just reheated with a bad taste. We were really disappointed.In the last 3 nights we were having dinner to some local restaurants.The hotel should pay more attention to this aspect.

Food was really good. Breakfast can be started to be boring if you will stay more then 5 days, but overall I think it's quite good food and options, you always can find something (fish, meat, vegetables).Liked that every two days was theme dinner (italian, bulgarian, mideterian). Also everything was really clean in hotel. Really clean rooms, not smelly bathrooms, quiet rooms even tho it was near main road. Friendly personal as well. All of them young and very communicative. Location is nice! It's not in crowd center so it;'s calm and nice beach side. But very easy reach Nesebr and center of Sunny beach by using train car, stop is near by. Spa was not the best looking, but again, very clean and nice. Price are very nice as well, personal friendly, very good massages and a lot of options for different zones. Design of a hotel a lil bit outdated, but everything was super clean and nice and new! Wi-fi connection was slow.

The breakfast contained many dishes suitable for the first meal of the day. The location is half a kilometer from the beach. There is no room service.
