Good position, close to the beach. Many reataurants and supermarkets aroud. Bus station in front of the hotel. Good view from the balcony (we stayed on the side with the main road). They have a small and quiet garden in the back where you can relax. I chose this accomodation based on value and reviews that said it is very clean, but I had a little surprise, there were hairs in the bathroom sink, and some orange stains on the toilet seat and also on the furniture (I guess it was auto-tanning cream). They explained to me that "BBQ facilities" means that you can buy grilled meat from their restaurant, and that we can't use it to cook.

We have been all Over the world in some very different star rating hotels but believe me when I say this place is exceptional!!!! It does exactly what it says on the tin, spotless, great location for nessebar and exploring that whole coastline…I have not known value like this for years…..do not hesitate cracking? Nothing not possible, 4 adults and 3 teenagers wry happy.

The staff was very friendly, our room was clean and nice and we had everything that we need in our room. Also what is important it was quiet there, we didn’t hear neighbours. There is a restaurant on the ground floor and it would be perfect if they served breakfast for additional payment. But for the price you pay this variant is really perfect.

The room was very spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished. The bed was large and extremely comfy. The parking was right next to the hotel and was reasonably priced. The restaurant had some nice food (and guests get a 10% discount), especially the pizzas made by an Italian chef. The garden it is in was a very pleasant place to hang out. The beach was a 5-minute walk away. Our room was on a busy street and facing east with no blinds, so sleeping in was not an option. The hotel/restaurant didn't offer breakfast, which was unfortunate as there aren't many breakfast options nearby. The WiFi was spotty at best in our room (it was better in the garden), so don't rely on it for more than the very basics.
