The Beatris is a little quiet oasis, and very good value for money. Great location close to all amenities. The studio we stayed in was exceptionally large and was cleaned regularly. . The staff are very obliging here and we had a wonderful stay. No doubt we will be back again. Thank you The only downside was that there was no hair dryer, and the wifi needed to be updated

I liked the location. The room was excellent size and was cleaned every day.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay at Beatris. The pool was very clean with good design that the water circulates by the entire perimeter. Also, the atmosphere between residence was friendly and positive. I also liked the location. It is reseanably close to the sea and Lidl. Some additional shelfs would make bathroom more convenient for use.

The hotel is in an ideal location. 15 minutes away from the centre and 5 minutes to the beach. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was nice, very clean and big with air con in the sitting room and bedroom. The large double bed was very comfortable. The pool was very nice and clean. We would definitely recommend it as it was value for money. We will definitely be booking this hotel again when we stay in Sunny Beach Would have been nice to have a bar area to purchase drinks and snacks whilst sat around the pool.

There was no parking although it was described. One of the evenings I spent 1 hour wondering around the hotel looking for a place to park. There was no receptionist. The hotel is not well managed.

WI_FI was preaty good. Comfortable bed. There is no restoraunt, no breakfast. The window wiew to the pool and... to unfinished construction. No iron and hair dryer in the apartments. No washing mashine, no parking(((

Rooms were spacious Fridge & kettle in the room Pool was lovely & not too busy Proximity to the centre Mix up on reservation for a double room, I thought I had booked for both my husband and myself, but I'd only booked for myself apparently & was charged an extra 40 leva on arrival- be careful when you book! No restaurant or bar, not even a drinks machine. Not allowed drinks around the pool, have to sit at table. Hotel staff should provide plastic / cardboard cups to overcome this. Lid of toilet broken Shower tray leaked all over the bathroom floor. No bedside light, had to fumble around in the dark to use bathroom. No dish cloth/ tea-towel for the kitchenette sink Some rooms must be privately owned as there was a "yappy" dog opposite us! Walls were marked and the room just felt " tired " needed sprucing up.

It was very quiet and not very crowded. Pool area was empty most of the time, which made a day spent there very enjoyable. Rooms are big, bedroom and living room with a kitchenette. Very clean. If you're on the lookout for quiet evenings this is definitely the place. Other similar looking hotels nearby were very crowded and noisy. And the most important thing of all, especially in this part of the world, the staff were very polite and kind. This is what actually makes them stand apart. Thank you very much for your hospitality guys, it truly made me feel welcomed in your hotel. Nothing worth making a fuss about!

The hotel's owners knows how to run both their business and to ensure a perfect stay for its guests. The swimming pool is the best solution after a day at the beach. The hotel staff is discreet and extremely attentive to absolutely all requests. Not a 2 stars hotel. Is of at least three stars. That's why our stay was a dream. Thank you!! For sure our future stay in Sunny Beach. Highly recommend!!!!!

Its cleaning and big rooms, personal its nice and smiled. See its only 500M from Hotel I comm next years again
