Perfect location - 5 mins walk from the free beach zone and the promenade. А wide selection of delicious foods for breakfast and dinner at the buffet. Relaxing atmosphere and cocktails at the pool bar. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Great value for the money. Everything was just great

The hotel met my expectations, and actually photos on Booking look worse than reality, so my expectations were not that high. We were given a big room with a nice yard and pool view on the top floor. The food variety was not very big, but at the same time almost everything was surprisingly very very tasty, big kudos to the chief! Overall hotel is quite cozy. We arrived at 2pm, as it was indicated on Booking.com that it is check-in time. Hovewer we were told that check-in time is actually at 3pm, so I have to had quite heated conversation with the receptionist, who was not very cooperative to say at best. The first impression because of that was so bad that I even thought about cancelling my booking and choosing another hotel, after complaining to booking.com. We finally got the room after waiting for about 20mins and the room was really big, as I mentioned. Though I mentioned the food was really good, it was not the case with the drinks, specifically tap water they serve in the restaurant was undrinkable to our group, because of clorine. They also have juices, but not very high quality. Besides of that they have a beer and wines, those were good enought, especially the beer. The hotel's price matched prices of hotels near the beach, which was a bit dissapointing, but still I picked this hotel to stay with our friends.

relatively close to the beach; varied menu, food for all tastes; big room; the kitchen and dining staff are very polite and professional. check-in is at 3:00 p.m., previously we were told that it was at 2:00 p.m., of course we waited, although the room was ready; cleaning was done once every 4 days; trash cans are not changed daily; towels are changed at least every 4 days; in a week, the bed sheets was never changed; some of the reception and cleaning staff are unqualified, some do not know English, they seem bothered by any question; dirty mattress; wi fi does not work well in the rooms; part of the false ceiling in the bathroom had fallen. I asked to change the room, they were not receptive. We tried to "repair" the part of the false ceiling, at least so that it doesn't fall on our heads; it's not a 4-star hotel, but a 3-star one.

The food in general was very good. One specific reception guy was not very nice once I asked him to help me get back to my room, accidently I locked the fob/card inside and couldn't come back to my room. Eventually he went upstairs with me, but he looked at me very suspiciously I felt uncomfortable like I was a criminal person, even though he saw me several times in the hotel and knew I was a guest.

It is nice looking hotel with breakfast and dinner included. The room had a balcony. Swimming pool not crowded. Food delicious. The hotel it is quiet, but not far away other hotel has shows till late so it is noisy.

Me and my girlfriend came here very late in the evening tired and hungry, missed the lunch. But the hotel saved the lunch for us and it was very nice and good amount. Perfect! Room had balcony and was clean. The location is quite good, beach is close. Overall it was very nice. Reception guy- Me and my girlfriend, we had a long trip to Sunny Beach and were very tired when we come here very late evening - and then we waited for like more than 40 minutes to do simple check-in. Because the guy at reception was extremely slow, there was only one big family before us, shouldn't be 40 minutes for one family. When we finally get our chance for check-in, the guy tells us we don't have a reservation. After we travelled with plane from another country and paid a lot upfront. Then after I told him I reserved and paid with booking, then he says now he sees it and its ok. During breakfest and dinners, often times there was a lot of people in the line, so it took a lot of time. But it depends when you come, you can skip the crowd if you go later.

The room was spacious, clean and the bed was huge and comfortable. Towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel in the shower with hair dryer. There were quite a few options at breakfast and dinner, even fruits and desserts. I would've stayed for another week. It wasn't really a problem, but if you go to have breakfast in the last hour so from 9 to 10, then the dining room is really crowded, and you even need to wait in line for the coffee machine.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect. The room was big, clean and comfortable; we took breakfast and dinner there and we can say that the reviews for them are totally according: the food is diversified, tasty and you have a selection of drinks that you can enjoy. The pool was clean, location is also near the sea (6 minutes walk) and the stuff is really friendly. Nothing to mention here.
