Apartment had spider web in every room , air conditioning units where very old and dirty full with dust and very noisy, fridge very noise we needed to turn it off to be able to sleep..very poop food option even a canteen will offer a better option...I don't know how other people will rate this with 9 when this hotel is most a 6 ...for the money that we pay for all inclusive what we get is very disappointed...we had to eat outside almost every day for lunch due to poor choice of food taste like a frozen meal that you microwave it...drinks the most cheapest option that you will find ...same breakfast every day ...they had a snack bar between 4pm-5pm every day same cheap sweets ..will not recommend and definitely will not go back

Big rooms with balcony We enjoyed our stay however it was difficult to communicate with the staff as they do not speak English at all.

The place was clean and simple, 8-10 minutes from the beach, the hotel staff were kind The breakfast, launch and dinner was meager, The surroundings of the hotel, No pool towels

The breakfast was very nice. I enjoyed the continental option and the staff went above and beyond to help me because I don’t eat certain foods. They told me if I wished to have eggs, meat or cheese during lunch or dinner they could provide it for me. They also provided me with an iron and a kettle for my room. It was great to have a mini fridge in the room too. I also loved one of the cleaning staff. She was a lovely young woman and so kind!

Hotel Liani was great. The staff is very kind and helpful. The food and cocktails were delicious, there was plenty to choose from. The location is not the best, it would be better if it was surrounded better enivoment, but Liani Hotel is great!

The staff were incredibly friendly and always whit smile and willing to help with any request. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The location is a short walk to both the beach and the city center and well conection whit bus line to the Nessebar I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay.

value for money is good. cheap hotel on a great location. Ideal for party people who doesn’t spend much time in the room but still care for the location. Walls are paper thin, u can hear everything going on the near rooms. I woke up few morning just because of other people’s noises. the curtains adorn not block the sun/outside lights, at 6 AM the room is completely bright (attached picture I took at 7:30)

Amazing garden; the staff was very nice; clean pool and dining area; free parking The room was cleanish but there were some spider webs on the walls and a bit dusty. The mosquito net in the bathroom was missing and the one in the room was not very fixed and there was space around it. The location is not that good, the surrounding buildings looks like you are in the getto. A little bit too far from the beach.
