I didn’t have breckfast I booked 5 days and on day 2 I needed to go home emergency and the hotel would not give me any refund for the days I could stay .so not nice and upsetting

I got a call from reception saying I was partying on the balcony but I wasn’t I was talking to a few friends just light laughter and was told that I couldn’t be on the balcony at 0200 which I was like ok I guess someone complained that I was being loud when I wasn’t they one guy at the bar was pretty cool to talk too the reception ladies kinda gave us attitude when they called

Very friendly staff! The manager is a fantastic, charismatic woman, always ready to help and making the day a little brighter :) The room was clean and calm. The pool downstairs is perfect for the place that is not on the sea shore, and the pool was clean and nice. When booking the room, I didn't pay attention to the fact that wi-fi is not available in the rooms. It was only available in general facilities like lobby, restaurant, etc. Otherwise, all was great for the price I had paid.

Nice hotel, just opening up. Good sized room with fridge and desk. Nice friendly staff. Duvets and covers left separate for us to fill - seems normal in Bulgaria!

Central, absolutely spotlessly clean , very well run establishment, small compared to some hotels but lovely, great nights sleep as no roudiness, very good for a relaxing break, lovely staff, will definitely return, good for solo travellers, felt safe

Nice location. Everything else- poor. Horrible old carpet everywhere, too loud music on the pool all day, horrible internet connection.

Very clean facility. Amazing staff especially lady in reception. Close to center and beach. Parking available all around(Paid) As a common issue in Bulgaria, design and furniture of hotel/rooms are a bit old fashion.
