Parking situation sucked, one of the front desk workers try to questioned me if I was staying after I been there a night trying to get my card fixed to go into the room acting like I didn’t have reservations. After checking in a few hours later proceeded to call me to tell me they have to charge me for parking because I went threw a third party when they had no security and the fact if it wasn’t for a third party system I wouldn’t even know who they were. The room was decently clean. Terrible lay-down of the room

Very disappointed. A lot of misrepresentation. Pictures were not what reality presents. Building is old, not maintained, carpets in hallway isdurty n has that damp mildew smell. Its like a 1 star hotel. We requested a refund for misrepresentation and was told the manager is not back to approve until monday. We checked out right after check in. I need my money back. Non refundable only applies if stay was used and if there is no misrepresentation. I am hoping they will do the right thing and give me my money back.

The shower temperature wasn't hot enough (luke warm) and it took a long time for the water to warm up. Otherwise it was clean and rooms were sufficient.

This is a tiny gem in the midst of all the overpriced hotels in the area. I was surprised at how spacious the rooms are, including a kitchen and seating area, and the location is great if you have a car. I have stayed twice, and will be back.

The rooms are of decent size and clean. You get suites starting with a studio suite. The room includes a Kitchenette with a hob, microwave and all required cookware in the room itself. There is a Safeway next door for you to get the essential groceries, fruits / vegetables. They do have a breakfast which is more of grab and go with bagels, oatmeal packs, yogurt, juice etc. You have coffee and tea at the lobby which can be picked anytime in the day. Rooms are spacious, comes with a sofa as well. They have a laundry facility in the hotel where you can wash / dry your clothes. They have a gym and a pool in the facility as well. There are quite a few restaurants closely so you can reach them easily. You have parking facility in the property as well.

I liked the location as many restaurants, stores, and activities were nearby. I thought the price point was decent. I love the room design, room size and love the mini vanity!!! The staff wasn't so friendly this time around. They were in a group gossiping and laughing. And the person helping me was a bit dismissive as trying to get back to the conversation. I inquired/requested my favorite room or section and she just said it wasn't available while continuously speaking to the ladies. The service wasn't bad, just not as friendly and attentive as prior times.

The hotel was nice. The refrigerator was too small. Plus the pool and jacuzzi was not working.

The hotel was okay but definitely needs upgraded. The room smelled somewhat old. There was no hot water so we couldn't shower. I will most likely not return.

Location was good and room was spacious. Breakfast was terrible. Room was old. A, leaked water that needed to be fixed. Pool and sauna not working. In general rundown for the price.
