2. Breakfast coffee constantly run out of coffee and hot water was not hot for 2 days. 3. First day check in staff was unhelpful, did not show work professional at all.

Breakfast items can be improved. Maybe change the items on a monthly basis. Other than that, it’s very pleasant staying at the hotel.

The breakfast offerings were a bit light for a Hampton but acceptable. The location was good with respect to convenience to eateries. The hotel seems new, so the entire space felt clean and well tended to.

Location The air conditioning unit made the worst noise

We stayed only one night because we 3 ladies were booked for the BTS concert. The room was clean and the bathroom facilities were great for a handicap person. We had the complimentary breakfast which had so much food varieties, coffee and juices and make your own waffles! We really enjoyed our leisurely breakfast. We felt safe as the car was in a secured locked underground garage facility. We really enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was excellent. The force of the water in the shower was weak. I was there for 3 nights. The paper was saying that I will get house keeping service every other day. But nobody showed up until I checked out. I did not even left DND sign outside. They must look into it. The pillows were so flat. If you see the pillows from outside, they look great. But when use it then realized that it's very very soft & flat.

Loved the breakfast. The force of the water in the shower was low. If you want a quick shower then forget it. You have to spend at least 30 minutes in the shower for full body wash.

We stayed overnight at this location in a 2 queen room. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. There was a thermostat that controlled the temperature and unlike many hotels of this class, the air conditioner was not noisy at all. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.
