Best Western Bridgeview Hotel

The tv remote was not working properly or I was doing something wrong.It would have been useful to have a quick guide for changing channels.

Enjoyed our stay. No complaints.

Place was quite rundown. Beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable.

I good stay with helpful staff. Breakfast was good. It is a bit dated and for the money I would try somewhere else. Might be able to find something nicer for the same money. I would stay again though as it was certainly decent, just a little overpriced compared to newer places in the area.

Good location. Wasn't told what the pet fee would be prior to the stay despite asking. Haven't been given an invoice despite requesting one twice. Unsure if the extra $40 charged was for a pet fee or something else since no one will respond.

Hottub small

Comfortable clean rooms. Kids enjoyed the hot breakfast. Would return!

Everything was wonderful other than the beds. I had a hard time sleeping because they were not comfortable.

Not far from downtown Duluth.

Very poorly maintained. Soiled pull out, no shampoo, conditioner or lotion as they were on “backorder”. The hot tub was so dirty the first day we were there. Would not stay there again, even though we have been going there since we were kids.

Nice place. Pretty classy interior honestly. Decent price. No complaints.

We would probably not return there.

Loved the poolside room with family friendly atmosphere, clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast selection Could not get the online printer ️ that's available to patrons to work or print my papers I needed ..would be helpful if there was a computer attached and not just an online printer...

Great hotel. Lacking an elevator but the property is super clean and the amenities are wonderful! Breakfast was great and our kids enjoyed the pancakes which was a nice change from every other hotel that has waffles. We'll stay here again!

Horrible! It is an old building and the air conditioning couldn't cool the property. I complained and the best they could do was hand me a box fan. When you pay $175. A night, I expect the a/c ti work and be comfortable. Inside was 80+ degrees.

The location was great, right next to a highway/bridge to Minnesota. The hotel was old and quirky, but I really liked the layout, the pool, the room, and the breakfast.

Location was perfect to jump on the bridge to Duluth or back towards DOWNTOWN Superior. Don’t expect anything fancy expect a place to rest your head, take a hot shower and move onto your next adventure.

This score should be higher, everything about stay was great. Only thing was halls weren’t updated but rooms were and that’s all that matters halls were still clean.
