Quality Inn Superior - Duluth

It said handicapped assessible, but was not disability friendly. There were no bars in the shower. They gave us a comode with sides instead of a shower chair. The person that was handicaped had a prostetic leg and didn't feel safe to take a shower. The bathroom was not big enough, because the door was right next to the shower and toilet. Not enough room. It just sucked.

Hotel was very inviting and clean. Hot tub was out of order for repair which was a bummer but still enjoyed our stay. Breakfast had decent choices as well.

Requested a main floor room because I was traveling with my elderly parents, I was told that due to the fact that I booked through a third party the hotel can't guarantee any requests(got second floor). TV did not work, after clerk looked at it, they just agreed with me...yep not working, said that's unfortunate! The beds were nothing to write home about either. Should have saved the money and slept in the car.

We didn't have any bars of soap for the bathroom and shower. When we asked the front desk for soap we were told they didn't have any in stock, but would have some the next day. We stayed there 2 nights and never got any soap. We had to wash our hands and take a shower with the shampoo that was provided. Very odd to not keep soap in inventory.

Only issue was that while shower had shampoo and conditioner dispensers there was no dispenser for body gel/soap nor any bar soap.

Rooms were clean and very quiet despite a full parking lot. Didn’t have the breakfast but heard it was good. Bed were very comfortable.

We stay here every time we are in Duluth, it’s just a short drive over the bridge to Superior. The hotel is much more inexpensive than the hotels on the Minnesota side. There are a multitude of good restaurants in the area or you can just drive over to the Minnesota side for a meal. Everything on the Minnesota side is just a few minutes away. Love the pool and hot tub. The pool area has a warm and cozy feeling. Continental breakfast is good.

The cleanest room we have ever seen. Would have liked one more lamp for reading in the evening, We will be back when come to that area again.

Was only able to stay...

Our room had a huge spill of something milky and white under the fridge. When I asked the front desk about it, they offered me some rags so I could clean it up. There was also a large milky stain under one of the beds, and crumbs on the corner lounge chair. The internet didn't work. When I talked to the front desk management about the state of the room, they promised I'd hear back from someone. That was three days ago with no word since. My kid had fun at the pool, although the hot tub was closed for repairs. Hot breakfast was fine.

Very clean and freshly decorated room. Comfy furniture. Only one bath towel was in the bathroom. Sadly, the hot tub was not available for use. Breakfast was normal fare. Would recommend staying here despite the little problems!

Room very dirty black hair everywhere in bathroom used soap in shower. Was it even cleaned? Desk ladie crabby. Over priced

Nice hotel. Liked it had a sauna, hot tub, and a pool. It had no elevator. So if you can't walk make sure you get a first-floor room. My daughter fractured her foot the week before. After checking in I noticed there was no elevator and we had the 2nd floor.
