The WiFi running too slow.

The room service only open until 9 pm, and they close order at 8.30 pm, quite a bummer if you arrive late at night and expecting some room service. Wish they could extend it to 10 pm.

Room is quite comfy, the staff is very helpful, he helps me to find a room which just opposite of mine for my children. The parking space is good and the location of the hotel also is very convinient. Breakfast is ok. None

Nice regular hotel room, though a bit sterile feeling, with the best breakfast experience in Indonesia. Very helpful staff.

Ordered non smoking room but they gave us smoking room, they said already set as a non smoking room which is they only spray used air refresher and less than 1 hour smells of smoke return and very strong. Room condition were so dirty, dirt spot on every corner of floor. Toilet dirty. Lucky we used this hotel only for transit 3 hours for shower and I wished I could take a nap for awhile before I continue my trip to bromo. Unfortunately the smell of cigarettes really strong. Unlucky we spent around 500ribu for this dirty place.

Nice modern hotel, clean room with comfy bed, great breakfast served Dinner was supposed to be provided upon request l, but when I asked the receptionist told me the staff had gone home earlier that day. Unfortunately around the area there is no much to explore, especially on foot, same if you need to eat
