There was a lot of options for food. The location in the city is very good. The option of getting breakfast boxes for the midnight Bromo tour was very nice. We couldnt use the pool on one of the days because apparently its a public pool and there wete swimming lessons. We were not made aware before booking. This affected our stay a lot. Also for some reason we were called by the reception often, 2 times with them being unable to explain to us why they called.

Mostly accessible, lots of restaurants on site, and pool-gym-spa. Loved the hotel driver who gave a great city tour. Difficult long slope to walk up to the elevators. But found an alternative elevator.

Every thing. Staff, Breakfast, comfort. We use the hotel in Surabaya as a Hub to visit different places in Indonesia. Stay there 3 times during our staying in the country. Little far from Restaurants and Commercial Malls

Breakfast was awesome! Bed was cheap and noisy (considering we booked the best room available), massage was terrible, pool was booked out to swimming lessons all weekend (unable to relax by the pool).

Easy check in and check out, clean and spacious room.. The fresh look of the lobby area... Difficult to find parking space coz there's wedding party at the hotel...but, we can use vallet parking..

I couldn't sleep at all on first day. There was a marriage and from.10 PM till 12 am, people were shifting heavy things through the elevator next to my room. Although I called the reception and complained, the activity went on.

The staff were friendly and helpful The cafe and its drinks were overpriced with poor choice selection for different types of milk. The room service was again expensive, and I tried to order one beer at the pool, which was exhausting and very expensive, 100 thousand idr for one bintang. The air-conditioning system in the room did not cool the room adequately.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The whole room including the toilet was clean and neat. The breakfast had varieties of local food that is tasty. The greatest catch is the smart TV that you can use to connect to your phone and watch your favorite videos.

Needs 5 phone calls to stop workers working, banging, digging, drilling, next door on a Sunday afternoon! Paying extra for better room (Exec Suite), I was hoping to have better rest. I did not get it. It takes almost a couple hours to stop them. Napping time gone.
