Great location to head to most places in Singapore. Facilities are the strong point with water, co-working area, gym and more. Staff very helpful

The staff are very humble and helpful especially the front desk lady that I don’t remember her name. She always greeted us with bug smile and even help me with how to withdraw cash when I couldn’t use all of my cards ? Room was always kept clean and tidy. Just the noise from outside

Comfort bed, good water pressure and hot water, nice staff, good location, traditional food store next to hotel so easy to find some foods, close to mini market, affordable price.

Walking distance to the shops. Easy access by Grab transport. The nitty gritty things like water seeps from the shower stall into the toilet. They just need to silicon seal the bottom of the shower screen glass. Lack of variety for the breakfast.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre. The breakfast menu: Steamed rice was not perfectly cooked or it was too dry therefore it was not fluffy and tender, overipped tempeh for mendoam, rice porridge (congee) was not silky, thin, and smooth. The rooms: The hotel rooms smell likea mold (air-conditioning unit needs properly cleaned and maintained). The linens and sheets were dark and not smell fresh.

The hotel staff is agile and friendly, ready to help. Affordable room rates. The location of the hotel is in the middle of the city, finding dinner is easy. There are cockroaches in the bathroom. At 7th floor, Low water pressure in the shower. AC remote must be replaced.
