I like the pool mostly the staff very friendly especially the front desk who was help us to early chek in the food also good and tasty we will back again in the future

The bed was SUPER comfortable, and the room was decent size for what I paid for. The checkin was relatively slow and my room was not ready even when I arrive at 7pm, I had to wait 15mins for it to be resolved which was questionable. The toilet paper holder was loosely broken.

Check in reception: very good Reception via call from room: very good and prompt response even late evening. Check out reception: not as good as check-in. I know I have to wait for the receptionist to complete the conversation with a guest before me. I hope the receptionist realize I am heavily loaded with back/front and try to address it quick if possible. By the time I handover the room key for checkout, the process is almost done in a blink but waiting time in such situation can be handled much better. Waiting area: should have place to rest nearer to the reception counter to avoid this situation. Special thank yo the laundry service: prompt, on time and great packing Breakfast: Good range of selection. Small issue with the staff around to clean up: should pay more attention to the person is eating while he is doing the cleaning near by: either wait or relocate the person for cleaning. Spa service: better if you can provide a basket for guest to put the stuff in without putting them to the chair. stated above

Beds and linen were up to Marriott standards very comfortable, service was a delight! I was extremely suprised at how old the property looked for a Marriott linked chain. Carpets were all stained. Walls need a paint job.

The staff and the breakfast is very lovely The synthetic grass area by the pool is basically un usable it’s constant wet!! fix the drains !! and the noise from the morning prayers is very intrusive western clientele should be informed

Gym room and pool are available. Hotel location is quite okay. It's close to many shopping malls and easily accessible by services such as GoCar.

I love the price and location and the staffs. And I received a nice surprise in a form of a free breakfast. The Hotel is probably 7 years old and maybe a renovation will be needed for the lobby and restaurant. For the room, I think it needs a little extra cleaning.

Location was close to city centre Staff don’t understand basic English and have to explain same thing several times and then after they make mistakes

good price for named hotel. breakfast and dining was bit disappointing. location is not bad but better location would be with big shopping mall . room is not bad but feel slightly small.
