Attitude of the receptionist One of the worse hotel ever stayed... 1. stated there is fridge but when check in there is none. 2. Bedsheet used by previous visitor (still have some hair on bed) *im baldie* 3. Toilet very dirty. 4. Ceramic floor mostly broken (super dangerous especially for kids). 5. Cupboard full of dust. 6. Some light not working. 7. Hot water not working. 8. Lift broken completely (no plan to fix). 9. Building and rooms not maintained well, please dont get cheated by picture... :) Hope this can help before u decide stay or book in this hotel
