Great hotel with lovely artwork

For an upscale hotel it was very loud within our rooms. We could hear the rooms next door, the water running. The lights didnt turn off easily if at all.

The room are huge, good for fanily with kids. The sport facility: pool and Gym are very good, clean and not crowded No service for change towel and tissue with stay more than 3 Night

Room was very spacious and well-appointed. There is a huge bathtub and a separate shower. Very cosy. The breakfast spread was very good and the service staff are always very friendly. First impression by front desk staff, Alicia, already set the expectation of a wonderful stay. The bathroom had a glass door. If you are not careful, you can walk into it. My 3 year old grand son did that and had a bloody nose.

The service and the staff are amazing. The room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. The entire ambience was beyond expectation. We ordered IRD and thought that it could use some feedback... The portion and presentation were great, however the taste is not quite as I expected. Probably needs a little more adjustment in the seasoning.

It was huge and can accomodate my whole family. Staff are awesome and facilitate the check in and out so easy. The whole stay dont have wifi connection. Which they lacked to communicate before we check in. The owner tried her best to arrange with provider, however it was chinese newyear holiday and majority of techs dont have work. Wifi is very much needed for me as i am working while travelling.

I liked how the staff was attentive and friendly towards our needs. Huge kudos to the front desk reception staff. When it comes to the rooom, I enjoyed the comfy bed and size of the room--fit for a king! The location is also very strategic, located on top of a mall and close to almost everywhere in Surabaya. The fact that we didn't stay longer in the hotel. I think it'd be awesome if the room rates can be a little lower.

Friendly host, easy check-in. Close to the mall, the amenities were superb, the facilities were gorgeous.. Spent 5 nites over there, very worth it and value to price. Definitely will stay here again .. We didnt get any free parking access, quite expensive if we drive our car. Hopefully there will be free parking access for minimum 3 nite stay is possible
