Location, for sure. Close to city center and of course, Tunjungan street and other attractive destination. None

Bed was comfortable, good shower water pressure, easy quick check in, located right next to a nice coffee shop called common grounds Very loud: could hear baby crying very clearly at 4 am, the sheets were very stained and no longer white, rooms and bathrooms were quiet dated

Location, good value for the price, it was clean, all basic facilities are there (including the free drinking water outside the rooms) and the staffs are friendly. The smell was a bit odd every time I went inside the room, near the door. Some towels need to be changed already.

Room is quite big and clean. The sheets were stained. Rooms are not sound-proof so you can easily hear your neighbor’s phone buzzing in the other room.

We checked in early, but the sheets hadn’t been changed. We had to ask. No tea or coffee. I won’t really more.

Room was a little too small. Didn't have much space for storing luggage. Bathroom too tiny. Actually the tiniest bathroom I have ever seen. Inside of the toilet was cracked throughout. Definitely time for a change. Nevertheless, room and bathroom were clean and staff were very welcoming.

Located along same road as Tunjungan Plaza, approx 9mins walk from the “west most” Exit as Tunjungan Plaza is big and long. Breakfast is good and value for money. Staff was excellent especially Pak-Wahyu who went out of the way to arrange “breakfast bento box” pick at 11:00pm just before my 12:00mid-night Mt Bromo tour departure. Pak-Wahyu actually came up to my room and get me to choose one of 3 options for breakfast bento box. None

Only 1 toothbrush available in my room and during the 2nd day of stay, someone knocked and open the doors before our permission granted
