The place was close from the city center and Pasar Turi Station. There are a lot of nice restaurants and supermarket nearby, so in terms of location it's actually really nice. Wi-Fi works nicely, breakfast was also quite nice for the additional price. The room is quite small but still quite comfortable and clean. Overall, the place is nice for a short stay The replacement towels smelled really bad, and not just once. There are no chair, so it's a bit hard to sit and work on the desk

The property was a good value for money for business travel. It was located in the city Center and staff was very courageous. The property was very nice and clean and it had amazing breakfast. I would love to stay back in the property when I am next in Surabaya.

Friendly staff, good location, it was a very clean hotel, internet worked great. It had everything I need for my workstay. I would have preferred a better gym, but then again, it was pretty cheap so I didn't expect much and the essentials were there.

Clean and good location to the town. Landry service was fast. There was one song that was repeated all day through the whole building, at the reception, in the hallway, the elevator, the breakfast room, the .. everywhere! It can makes you crazy. No bar.

Size of room in comparison to other ibis Staff Very dirty with hair on the sheets. Changed room when we checked in but new room was just as uncomfortable. Felt like the sheets had not been cleaned. No clean smell

Clean and comfortable, rooms are nice. Discrepancy over weather breakfast was included, even though my booking clearly showed it was. I was allowed breakfast after contacting booking.com.

Quiet clean almost close to the lively area & the fitness room Even if I forgot to put the do not disturb board on out the room door though not suppose the room service come at 8 am and keep nocking the door waking me up to tell me silly thing ‘room service’

Room was a decent size and very comfortable and clean. The gym was good - although not the biggest of best equipped. The breakfast selection was good each morning although didn't have many western options. Situated about a 20min walk from good restaurants and things to do. I only visited to do the Mt Bromo tour - no more than a day is required in Surabaya - very little to do or see here from a tourist point of view.

Poor communication through Booking.com. They did not reply my messages before check in. Room wasn’t clean, dust in the floor and bathroom. Everything very noisy. Doors make very noisy so prepare to wake up 5/6am everyday because of the neighbors.
