Great location if you’re catching a train to or from Gubeng station. About a 3 minute walk to the station. The bunks offer nice privacy, and it’s quiet. Staff is very nice. The bathrooms are disgusting. Always wet, smelly. There is only 1 per floor but that wasn’t the issue for me. Also the breakfast is a joke. It’s just bread and butter…

Very good value for the price. Easy and simple. Always found a free shower upstairs. Good matcha spread for breakfast. Friendly and nice staff.

Location, location and location Premium facilities but unfortunately many are damaged, perhaps due to high occupancy, so it would be a shame if they were not sold (made out of order for repairs)

Only one toilet and shower on each floor, which are shared by up to 30 people. Otherwise it was okay. For breakfast there was only 2 slices of bread for me to eat. (unlucky I guess). Place does its job, an affordable place to stay while transiting through Surabaya, especially since I was leaving by train, and the train station was a 10min walk away.

Very affordable for one night. Staff were very friendly and helpful - just a shame the property brings them down. Our bed in the dorm was very dirty (lots of hairs and stains) - this is the first time I’ve ever complained about the cleanliness of a hostel in 3 months. We upgraded to a private room for £3 which was better but very basic and small but it did the job. The breakfast included is extremely basic (bread, butter and chocolate sprinkles with a toastie machine)?!

The ground staff are friendly and they provide morning breakfast and drinking water 1 bathroom for 30 people which makes it embarrassing also it's very short at least they need to provide 2 separate bathrooms. Secondly lights don't have protective layers so eyes are hurting because of heavy light. They provide a storage locker but no keys.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Good price to quality ratio. WiFi was a bit weak and the breakfast was simple, but overall it's a good budget hostel

Nothing Worst decision to stay in this place. It was only one night (luckily) but the place was dodgy, gray and moldy. The pictures they show are like from 20 years ago. When I arrived they told me I was in a 30 people room, and inside the capsule the curtain was full of mold and the smell was really bad. Also, the lockers didn't work and everyone was taking their belongings within the capsule as if it was a jail. Terrible experience, please avoid this place

Location close to train station Checking in takes ages. They advertise with having lockers but they dont work. They expected me to put my valuable stuff just on my bed. I told them i am not comfortable leaving my valueable stuff like that. They offered me no solution other than upgrading to a private room (which i had to pay additionally for). Also the place is dirty and not cleaner properly.
