Very clean and comfy! A bit difficult to locate, as the ground floor was a cafe that was closed when we arrived. Just ask the guard, and he'll help you out.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were helpful especially the security outside who helped us with taxis. Bathroom had mold and a musty smell.

Great location. We stayed in 2 different rooms. Both were quite dirty with hair in the shower, clogged drain in one, greasy finger prints on the walls and old food under the water kettle.

Comfort bed. Room conjested for 3 person. Not enuf space to put luggage as we stayed for 3 nights.

Location next to Grand City mall. Our family got upgraded The bed is very large and comfortable (2 king bed!), our kids love it. Close to train station also. They have fried chicken restaurant and art gallery near the dining area.

Convenient location to Gambung station - but you need to be careful in the walk from the heavy traffic and bad pavement conditions - about 8 minutes. Hotel was very clean and the room was very quiet and good air conditioning - necessary in the heat. Perfectly happy as a convenient single traveller stop. Good selection of restaurants in the nearby mall which can be walked to very easily.

Room was clean and comfortable and a reasonable size. Staff were very helpful in assisting transport arrangements. Location is close to station and a shopping centre with lots of food outlets but it is surrounded by very busybroads. We had an eighth floor room with views across.the city which was wonderful for watching new year fireworks Breakfast lacked choice and was not great quality

We arrived by train from Yogya and checked out already at midnight for the Bromo trip. Hotel had all the facilities we needed and bed was comfortable and staff was friendly and efficient. next door to shopping centre with many eating facilities.

Massive beds, and good positioning to watch TV. Right next to the mall so easy food options for our one night stay. There were ants on our pillow when we first arrived, staff came to clear it up straight away and it was cleaner than ever. Not a problem at all after that. Helpful and friendly staff.

Really accessible- walking distance from the train station. Close to shops. Clean and comfortable, easy check in process. Nice hot shower and good wifi. Bit loud I think with the aircon magbe - earplugs fixed that though!
