resto staffs were helpfull security staff who in-charged in the lobby doesnt know where was the rest-room phone line in the room was not clear enough A/C is hot to switch on TV has to call engineer - not convenience when made over the room.... there was still dirty mug there bathroom was smell bad

Good location The breakfast variation quite few. The towel at the room stinks, smell so bad like it was wiped from people’s pee. We asked for prayer robe and sejadah, the staff gave us the “used” prayer robe (hasn’t washed) and it also smell so bad that it made us asked the staff to change for twice. Next time please laundry it first so it doesn’t smell like that. In the 3rd times they gave us the prayer robe it still smell bad so I sprayed my perfume to it to made it smell better.

Location was good, a city center. Room Gloomy. Staff didnt attentitve - when I arrived the connecting door still locked, soap didnt refilled, amenities were lacking. Too bad since we already booked for quite sometime and had the prepayment done.

It needs a VERY deep maintenance involving so many aspects. I been traveling around the work part of my job , this one one the most downgrading ACCER group , please train your staff to be there for the guests

Location was really close to the main road and center of activities. Staff were helpful and warm. Room was nice for the price. Lobby was hot due to aircon was turned off when we arrived in the afternoon. The shower door was not designed to avoid the water to leak out. So the floor was always very wet after shower.

The path to Novotel, which is between the pool and the waterfall was often slippery and wet. The wall next to the pool needs to be made a little higher to stop the water splashing over the path

Location , walking distance to convenience store and popular restaurant ( sate kambing Pak Manto) Comfy bed I was having trouble with television and shower, but it was quickly resolved Wifi wasn't working at my room (11th floor)
