The hotel rooms and facilities looked old, the bathroom, elevators, facilities in the gym needed to be refurbished. The taste of food and variety for breakfast was just okay

I like how the hotel feel very cozy from the lobby to the hallway and to the room. The bed was very cosy and clean. I love how the hotel doesn't serve water in plastic bottles anymore and placing many water coolers in various spots. I think the best was the customer service, there was a mistake in the system that I couldn't get the family room I booked, but the staff quickly fix the problem by giving me another room and make sure I get what I paid for: this makes me feel very valued as a guest. Breakfast taste and quality need to be improved.

Fresh & clean room. Good swimming pool. Breakfasts as our package deal was poorly served. Venue was meshy. Uncleaned utensils & many served foods (when empty) were inadequately & untimely added. Fair quality & taste of foods. No excuse for short of employees during Eid holiday. It's far behind my expectation. Cups of welcome drink (in front of receptionist desk) inappropriately served, smell oily & fishy.

Good interiors The towels are old and not clean. It took a lot of time for water to get hot and the water flow from shower was also very slow.

Amenities can be improved. One bottle of water per day is not sufficient. Pressure of hot/cold water of shower is interchanging. Couch is not comfortable.

super comfy bed, clear rooms, and working hot water, breakfast was superb and location impeccable the drinking water system needs improvement, having to call the operator for more water with waiting time of 5 minutes is not great, the water jug was also very small, so i had to keep calling the staff back and forth and eventually gave up and buy my own water from indomart (which is quite far and i had to walk those miles with 7,5 liters of water) not ideal situation, please improve, and also i had allergies acting up due to the central AC, kindly do checkings

1. Staff are exceptional wonderful, accomodating and polite - especially in the restaurant & the bar - Angel & her restaurant manager they're absolutely great - will come again to the Novotel Hotel. 2. Location is right in central of Solo 3. Breakfast offers varieties meals 1. Outdated bathroom with strong sewage smell & damped smell in the bathroom 2. Coffee machine without coffee pods - need to ask the hotel for the coffee pods - better dont put coffee machine 3. No iron & board provided 4. No wine by the glass has to buy the whole bottle of wine.
