hair in the bath tub and on the floor. Also, bathroom amd kitchen area could have used a mopping. Our neighbors dog barked and cried for hours.

From checking in to checking out it was very quick. The villa was clean with all amenities provided. The area was quiet and pools were nice. Our stay was very affordable and no hidden fees. We received several text during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and to remind us that if we needed anything to let them know. Staff was very nice.

Clean rooms at a great price. We will be back

Our 2 bedroom Villa was amazing and very clean, the staff was great and there’s a lot to do on the resort and the Surfside Beach was very clean and family friendly.

The place exceeded our expectation. Clean, well maintained and accessible. The amenities really fit everything we were looking for. From the indoor pool, to the gym and lazy river pool. It exceeded our expectation of the resort. Full open access apartment with a full bedroom and sofa bed. The kitchen came fully stocked with pots ,pans, plates, cups and utensils. Their was also a balcony and two large tv. I would definitely booked this resort again.

Our room was large, clean, great amenities as far as kitchen tools. Everything worked well, although the washer and dryer could stand to be updated. We were right on their little lake and each morning we’d see the swans, turtles, ducks, and geese and would feed them slivers of carrots. We even befriended a crow during our stay. How fun! The shuttle to the beach was fantastic and we used it a couple of times. The pools were nice; loved the lazy river, too! My only suggestion would be to have more help at the poolside restaurant—it was either never open or they’d only have one staff member running everything from taking orders to cooking. Also, don’t get too caught up on their timeshare stuff. We went to a presentation, got a gift card. We were also supposed to get a three day, two night stay in email and never got it. By the end of the presentation we were looking to possibly buy in and wanted time to go talk to our bank about a refinance loan to consolidate the timeshare for a lower interest rate. They will not give you time to talk to your bank. It’s right here. Right now mentality. As a business owner, I don’t ever make major financial decisions in the matter of hours and I find anyone asking me to do so to be questionable. So my two cents: be careful. They’re high pressure and will send three waves of sales people in on the “no”. Other than that. We’d definitely go back there again.

Everything was great! Love the variety of activities! The view from room great! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Questions answered promptly. I will be going back again.

Was very please to find out that the pictures matched what was posted on line. I went to view this property before I booked after the booking i made originally was very disappointing. I cancelled that one and booked here. Staff was very concerning and allowed me to see it before booking. Plus on the day of check out they gave me a late check out. I Truly loved my stay here.

The location was great. The cleanliness of the room was not good, the bathroom had black mold/mildew on the ceiling as well as balls of hair left from last guests.
