Grand Palms Resort

We absolutely enjoyed our time at this reaort.

Rented 2 bedroom loft took both grandkids. It was awsome had plenty if room. So awsome. Bedroom on main level humongous. Everything you need washer dryer, pool, lazy river excellent!

Room was very clean and property was well maintained… you get a lot of good stuff for the price, I highly recommend this place to family and friends…

I love this resort. I would definitely book this place again. Very peaceful. Very family friendly. ALOT of places near by and the beaches only mins away with a free shuttle. Glad I had this experience

Very clean would stay again

This was our first time staying here and we all loved it. From our youngest who is 8 to my 70 year old great aunt, there was fun for all!!

Everything about this place is perfect. Every time I come to South Carolina I stay here. This is the best place ever! It’s a home away from home. Lovely inside and out.

The room was very spacious and clean. The resort was maintained and beautiful. Area was quiet and relaxing. Location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. The only thing I was disappointed with was being on the second floor with no elevator due to our age and my husband's limited mobility. Next time i will make sure I request first floor. I did ask at front desk and was told no first floors rooms were available at that time. The only thing we didnt like was having to climb steps with our luggage. I ask at the front desk if anyone could help us because my husband had just had surgery and he was unable to help me with the luggage so I was disappointed that there was nobody that was able to assist us.

Distance from the beach, also distance from the main lobby to the unit, not a walk in friendly distance that I would prefer

I loved everything about this place! The dishsoap towel did sudd up so we disnt have soap to wash spoons.

Exceptional

The room was clean. Close proximity of the amenities on property. Comfortable room. Great for us and the 2 grandchildren Arrives after front desk was closed, not the property’s fault. Was taken to the room by security. Security did great. Went back in the morning for official check in. Front desk could not give us the parking pass because they didn’t know how to issue it. Went back again later to get the pass. Went for dinner, upon returning the suite door had been unlocked for a large party to use the extra space. We were still there for another night. Had to call security to lock the suite door back. Having the suite door unlocked would allow folks to enter the space we were in. Security did their job but this could’ve caused issues as we were still residing in the space. It being unlocked allowing others to enter our private space with our stuff is highly unacceptable. Can you imagine being in the room and others entering would have been shocking for both parties. Not to mention we had 2 grandchildren with us.

Todo fue sencillo a la hora de la llegada el lugar fue muy agradable todo estaba hermoso fue la mejor opción en estas vacaciones.
