Lovely stay

I really like all our questions was answered and help from staff was offered often . Also staff hospitalities and mannerism was very friendly and professional . Our room was exactly what we wanted and was shown and parking was easily assessable. Our plan didn’t include a meal plan so we didn’t experience the in hotel food , but it looked really inviting

We enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

I miss typed date for check in and immediately I asked to change the day to correct date of next night and they refused to donor and refund my money.

95% of the time I stay at Holiday inn express. This time I elected to stay at this Holiday inn because it was ocean front. I did make a mistake by booking this room through Expedia because central booking was giving me a hard time about price. So I lost my points.

Stayed here because they have Tesla chargers but they allowed

The staff was fantastic.

surprisingly quiet for how busy the hotel was with families and vacationers.

The pool needed updating and cleaning,the restaurant in the hotel was horrible the breakfast for $14.95 was the worst breakfast I had ever eaten. The only good thing was the bar was good and the staff was excellent!!

The hallway looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed. The sheets on the bed were not fitted properly. Breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly.

Our stay started off a tad bit rocky. Our check in time was 3pm and we finally got our key at 4:45pm. A late check in, driving from CT with a 1 and 5 year old who were tired….. yikes!! Housekeeping could have done a little better of a job with the cleanings daily. When I arrived someones hair was in our shower but overall pretty good stay. Kids loved leaving our room and going to the beach or pool daily.

The staff was polite and helpful. At first one of our room keys wasn’t working and they gave us a new one. The night before checking out, we found a cockroach in the bathroom. We probably should have complained about it but at that point we were just ready to go home.

Yes, the food was great and the staff was amazing!

Check out ! Beds were very comfortable and the view was wonderful!

Great stay and the staff at the on premises restaurant was very helpful and made it experience even better.
