Soft pillows and soft blanket, I like that the living area is separate from the bedroom The walls in the room were dirty, not well cleaned at all and the carpet in the hallway and in the room are very dirty and outdated, it looks like the carpets are never shampooed at all and grossed me out

I loved this place It was cute and I loved the fact that it was like a little apartment. I enjoyed the pool with my kids and the little pond. The beds are amazing and comfortable. My kids and I really enjoyed the breakfast and not only do they have a waffle machine but also a pancake machine, the bacon was homemade and great. I just really enjoyed my overall experience. Definitely a hidden affordable gem in Surprise,AZ.

The location of the hotel is awesome and there is plenty of parking. I got to pick which floor I wanted and the amenities are nice- pool, laundry room, included breakfast, gym, microwave and refrigerator in the room plus more. The staff is really helpful and nice. Highly recommend.

Also, the vents in the room were caked on with dust. One of the sinks were stopped up as well as the water coming out of the faucet smelled like rusted pipes. I checked out earlier this morning due to the fact that I was not comfortable taking a shower, brushing my teeth nor having breakfast so I want to be compensated for the inconvenience not to mention when I checked in I asked the clerk about the pool what time it closed she was so polite and telling me that 10 'clock blah blah blah but failed to let me know that the pool was green. This is not acceptable.

Always clean and quiet with helpful staff.

The only downside was the the elevator kept going out. That was harsh especially on checkout. Carrying our luggage down the stairs.

Loved our stay here. We have stayed twice, and will always stay here when in Suprise. Very friendly staff, nice pool/hot tub area, beautiful courtyard area, good breakfast, clean rooms.

Love the seperate rooms. We travel with kids, and love to have a space seperate for them so they can sleep earlier. The pool is wonderful. The breakfast is typical of most hotels, but it met our needs. Drive through coffee is a minute down the road at scooters. Friendly staff, and very clean rooms. We will continue staying here on our visits to Suprise.

They just don’t maintain the hotel. You can tell it was very nice at one point and now it is just average. The pool was not great.

Seperate couch tv area was fantastic No complaints

Dirty

The cleaning staff did a good job each day cleaning the room. The hotel is just run down looking dirty walls and doors that don’t close scuffs in the wall and stained curtains. Most of the staff were rude and had attitude. My husband went to get coffee and they were putting it away and he saw the cookies they give out and asked for 3 and the girl gave him an attitude. We were 2 adults and a child for 3 nights I think 3 cookies is reasonable to ask for without the faces and eye rolling. The place was run down with a cockroach living in and around the button to the ice machine. Dirty walls everywhere, wrapped doors that don’t shut with scuff marks in them. Stained curtains in both rooms. Old fridge that was visibly on its last legs. The neighborhood was sketchy with people that looked like tweakers sitting on curbs in the parking lot and people up at 5 o’clock in the morning, hanging out in the parking lot, waiting for rides to pick them up. Just a sketchy vibe.

What a gem for the money. Don't know if we got an out of season rate - but the rooms were nice. My only question was if they listed the beds as 2 queens. I am trying to find it in my account and it doesn't say - but the beds were full. Other than that - it was awesome for the money.

Everything was clean and the staff was very knowledgeable and very nice. The breakfast was good as well.
