Comfortable nights accommodation. Swimming pool / jacuzzi and sauna were nice additions to have. Dinner in the restaurant was pub food and was perfectly acceptable. Kids ate free which was a bonus. Friendly staff. The rooms are all on the ground floor which generally try and avoid.

Bed was comfortable Paint peeling off walls in bathroom and communal areas Both plug holes, hair not cleaned Tv basic No plug socket next to either side of bed Pool, sauna and steam room shouldn't be described as spa standard. Leisure facilities at best. Not enough loungers or chairs poolside for customers Outside areas poorly maintained ie decking needs refurb, dirty, leaves, cobwebs on windows, window sills, light fittings and chairs outside Pond next to decking filthy and no safety barrier. Pond green and looked like lawn, easy to fall in. Not made aware of Tray charge for breakfast room service

It was cheap. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Needs a huge refurbishment. Not clean. Staff were functional but not welcoming or polite.
