Perfect location and amazing place to stay .staff were great and accommodating. We loved everything about it . The only let down really was the mattress in our room had no spring in it . You literally lay on the bed base . So would recommend looking into some new mattress but would stay again for sure.

It’s a beautiful building and the internal garden is well looked after My room was very dark, even with the light on, and very cold in a 27 degrees day!

Awful room, dirty and bare. The beds were old and the bathroom was so poor we only used the sink.

It was ideal for the wedding we attended and safe for children. Food was good and good value for money. Stairs were all a bit steep and windey. We had a pram and it was difficult to get it up and down stairs

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marston Farm Hotel and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a lovely young lady on reception who was friendly, professional and made us feel at home straight away. Check-in was quick and easy, and she gave us all the information we needed. Our family room for two adults and two children had recently been refurbished and was absolutely beautiful. It was modern, spotless, spacious and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional. Although there were decorating works taking place, the staff carrying out the work were incredibly courteous and respectful to guests. They worked quietly and professionally, and it never disrupted the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel itself is set in stunning grounds, with a beautiful central garden that is perfectly maintained and creates such a relaxing environment. We especially loved the canal just beyond the car park, which made for a lovely evening walk and added to the peaceful, tranquil setting. It really felt like the perfect place to unwind. The restaurant was excellent value for money, with delicious food and generous portions. Breakfast was included and offered a great selection of tasty food to start the day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Marston Farm Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, welcoming and beautiful place to stay. We will definitely be returning. There wasn't much to dislike. The only negatives were that the car park and tennis court looked a little tired and didn't reflect how lovely the rest of the hotel is. The coffee at breakfast wasn't to my taste, but the food itself was very good. These were only minor issues and didn't spoil our stay.

The lady who served on reception and the bar. Plenty of carparking. Breakfast was excellent. Hardly any staff. The hotel looks jaded and needs a revamp.

My room was cancelled and hour before arrival. I had to find alternative accomodation in a hurry.

Room was lovely, very comfy and newly refurbished. Very clean. Shower pressure was non existent, we couldn’t shower, was more of a trickle. Also weren’t pre-warned about the wedding being hosted during our stay and the DJ’s mic was so loud it kept waking the baby but this did stop by around midnight.
