Sauna, pool (good for kids), close to shopping, good view from room, room spacious, staff friendly and responsive, provided all basic needs Sauna not very hot, need to use two separate lifts to get to room, room fridge doesn’t keep anything cold even after swapping for a ‘different’ fridge, room A/C doesn’t work - even after I adjust the fan/mode/temperature the room is still too warm, double bed is very small to sleep 2 people

The interior design expresses the local cultural influences with a modern twists. The hotel at the penthouse with a panorama view of the city is a great idea. The ground floor entrance car court and the lobby is quite unique . Nothing.

Within walking distance to the mall, where there are plenty of restaurants for daily meals. The corridor is a bit dark. We travelled in winter, the room is a bit warm as the windows can't be opened and the aircond lowest temperature is still a bit warm for me.

Love the design of this hotel, very modern and a fantastic view of the city too. The staff were very friendly, and speak good English too, which is a great benefit for business travellers. The room was a little warmer than I’d like, the aircon wasn’t that effective

Rooms are clean, excellently furnished and spacious. Breakfast experience is great. Fortune for me, I got the room with nice views of town and canal.

This is a very brand new hotel, just opening on June 2021. It's the tallest building around in that area with an amazing city view from your room. Personally, I really like this hotel's design, it really shows the unique design of Indigo style with local culture vibes. The staff is super friendly and has been very helpful for guests who first time visit this city. Especially, thank you to Yolanda from reception and Lobby manager Peter. The location is very convenient and connects to a big shopping mall. After all, I will fully recommend it to every traveler who made it to Suzhou city. It's a very new hotel, and there have a few things that need to improve. 1. Restaurant & Bar area the AC too strong. During the winter season, it will better control the suitable temperature for guests. 2. Sauna isn't running well. During my visit, the steam room is out of service, a kind of disappointment. The dry sauna room door got a gap, cold air keep into the sauna room and the temperature isn't going high inside, so they should fix the door. 3. Swimming pool there got the hot Jacuzzi pool area, it's too small and not deep enough, and not working well. 4. This is an international hotel and can't use the Visa or Master card for your payment, very disappointing.
