Staff were professional and check in was fast. Room is very clean and spacious - location very convenient to nearby bars, shops, and restaurants. Close to Suzhou Center, etc. Bed very comfortable and nice views. My partner wasn't pleased that there isn't a free laundry service and that the dryer wasn't very good.

Clean, comfortable, convenient, kind staff, good location. I cannot find any dislike, except the breakfast menu is similar everyday. So if stay many days, it could be boring with the same menu. But the quality is good.

Friendly reception, very near to Subway Bread by the Breakfast was old and hard. The cook wanted to make an Omelett, but after 10 min asking him, he forgot.

Hotel is located at business district and near to the favour lake.

Breakfast was great, lots of options for western taste; especially bread/pastry selections. Maybe 2-3 more types of cheese could have been better. Front desk personnel can speak English; sometimes hard to find in China. All hotel is very clean including pool facilities. Nothing really; always a great experience.
