The breakfast was a disappointment. If there were sausage available at all and better if excellent then I would consider a good breakfast. Otherwise with no sausage the pancakes were all that was worth eating. They could do better

The door handle was very loose trying to unlock the door getting in, could not lock the door after getting in and had to use secondary lock handle to lock for the night. The handle fell off sink, no ice machine in the building, breakfast was bland and not many options but the best part was their pancake machine was great. Staff was pleasant, room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Staff was wonderful the time we were there, hotel was clean and quiet. Pool was wonderful(lights were broken in pool but it is okay.) Staff went above and beyond when asked for help.

Numerous issues with functionality of our room, with no solutions offered, only temporary "tweaks" to achieve minimal functionality. Housekeeping and front desk staff were friendly and apologetic, but management was rude, unapologetic, and dismissive of the issues. Wont be staying at another Best Western unless absolutely stranded, with zero options, meaning only if my car is disabled and I cannot return home. We will likely not utilize hotels.com either. The entire weekend, while not ruined completely, was simply not worth the trouble.

Make sure you take pictures when you arrive and leave, hotel will fraudulently charge your card for damage that was not done!!! Will NEVER stay at this hotel again!!

Clean room, staff was nice, pillows were not comfortable, pool closed early for being outside, I would stay again!
