Great venue with a lively night at the pub disco & then up to our well equipped room once we’d had enough The only one fault I can think of was the fact I think they lost our brekky order but that was corrected anyway, just a little later than expected

Modern clean rooms Would have liked an earlier Breakfast, offered too late at the weekend from 9:00 till 10:00 and have to pre order.

we loved the character it had the doors bang which isn’t good for during the night also the room was so hot when we arrived. could’ve done with having the windows open and the fan on for our arrival?

Central location to visit Cotswolds Breakfast was great Staff welcoming, accomodating, pleasant and helpful Only thing missing is air con,! Some decor areas need attention

The location was fantastic to easily see the city and drive to other spots in the region and the free parking was good. Staff were very friendly, and the food was amazing. The mattress seemed old and therefore not so comfortable. The pub itself was not loud but the venue next door was on Friday and Saturday night, however, we were told about this and provided with ear plugs

Location of the breakfast facilities pleasant Choice of cereals a bit limited No saucers put out for the coffee cups No marmalade only jam Lovely shower in the bathroom, but impossible to stop the water from spraying out on the floor and making it very wet. Nowhere in the bathroom to stand any personal toiletries. No bin for tissues/wipes etc Extractor fan wasn't working.

-Nice cosy room with a comfy bed. -loved the fact of a dressing table to help when getting ready. -breakfast being included. -great location

Good room , pleasant staff and a good breakfast . Really nice touch that a fan was in the room as the nights were really hot . Finding the car park ! Bottles of water were a nice touch but not replaced on second night .

Disappointing

Nice rooms where clean tidy everything you need in there It was nice quiet parking on site

The location was right in the heart of old town so very conveniently located for all the bars and restaurants nearby. The room was not properly changed before my occupancy. Bed had been slept in and there was even somebody's ear plug still beneath the sheets. Bin had not been changed, one of the towels used and put back on the rail and the shower head didn't stay in position properly. Very warm room although a fan was provided. Had a lot of high hopes for this property but disappointingly it far from lived up to my expectations. It could be an absolute gem but falls short. Free parking and location goes a long way but doubtful if I'd stay again.

Staff were Very helpful Complimentary bottled water in room. Generous supply of coffee and milk Excellent shower. Tower fan . Good quality TV Lighting excellent Great breakfast.. Finding way to parking place at rear of hotel.

Town centre, own parking At breakfast I would like a pot of tea made with BOILING water, not from hot water from the coffee machine/jug.
