There is nothing at this beautiful little BnB that isn’t delightful! ❤️ Karen is a superstar host- she was filling in for her son Adam who is on holidays. The room was comfortable and very very clean. The bed was comfy too. So important when you are touring around. Easy off street parking, such a commodity in the UK. And the breakfast?! Absolutely sensational. A bountiful, and lavish cook up. The sausages were particularly delicious. There is also a range of cereal, toast, yogurt and fruit on offer. We didn’t need lunch! Thank you so much guys. The best experience in the Cotswolds No complaints at all

Adam, was an excellent host and resolved a booking issue I caused. English breakfast is excellent. Easy to locate from main road. Very close to 2 pubs for dinner, and for us conveniently located for trips to Bath and Warwick castle. Nothing really, rooms on the smaller side but this well and truly offset by Adams hospitality and the actual cost of the stay.

We were warmly welcomed by Adam, who was the perfect host, supplying us with chilled water and a fan as the weather was so hot. The room was fine, with comfortable beds and everything we needed. Location was perfect - we were visiting Kelmscott Manor which proved a 20-minute easy drive - and in the evening we drove into the old town to eat. It was great being able to park on site. Breakfasts were excellent, perfectly poached eggs and full English with a selection of fruit and cereals too.

Very good value, great breakfast, good size room & nice shower. Adam was friendly & helpful Sorry but the mattress was awful, neither of us slept that well, could feel every spring! Though there was tea & coffee in the room, no other choice, decaf coffee (or tea) or hot chocolate would've been nice. Cobwebs on window handles & mould round bottom of the shower.
