Location to shopping outlet Slow check in Small stuffy rooms,old musty smelling Leisure facilities in poor state,saunas are in the changing rooms so useless for a family.

The hotel didnt have our booking, if we never had a physical copy of the booking.com letter we wouldnt have had a change of getting our room. We had to pay twice and wait for a refund of one payment.

The rooms were clean and big enough The air conditioner was not working, especially on a day when it was 31 degrees outside. And the hotel didn’t even accommodate us into a different room

No elevators for second floor. Atmosphere seemed chaotic mixture of tourist bus trade and what may have been emigrant temporary housing, not sure about that.

It was clean and the staff were friendly & helpful. The pool was good (and warm!) and breakfast buffet had a good selection of different food. The shower was poor. The water pressure was very bad and the temperature of the water fluctuated, going between very warm & very hot.

Only the location is good. Some of the staff at the pool area — particularly the older woman — were quite rude, which was surprising and unpleasant. The bed was uncomfortable, and we even considered checking out early because of it. On top of that, our room key card stopped working every single day. We had to go down to the front desk daily to get it replaced. They claimed the issue was caused by keeping the card near phones, but we were careful and still faced the same problem. It’s unacceptable for a hotel not to have a reliable key system in place. I normally enjoy staying at IHG hotels, but this one was a letdown. The breakfast also didn’t meet expectations — the eggs were consistently cold, and overall it lacked quality. Sadly, I can’t recommend this hotel and won’t be returning.
