Breakfast options were lovely We booked for three people and only had 2 single beds. They gave us a rollaway bed then wanted to charge us for it.

Nice hotel in good location. The staff was excellent but I would like to give a special mention to Emilia at the reception desk. She made our check in easy and over the course of the days we spent, she was absolutely wonderful. You are lucky to have such a professional and friendly staff. Emilia helped to make our stay in Sydney a memorable one. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

I particularly liked the comfort of the bed, shower, coffee maker, location and service—all of the workers smiled and had a “can do” service attitude. The mess the previous guests made at the pool with empty cans, bottles and towels. This was about 5pm.

We just had breakfast sandwiches and drinks from the coffee bar in lobby. Tasty. Maybe a bit more information about places within walking distance that might be suitable for senior aged couple.

Staff overall well presented and pleasant. The breakfast was great service was excellent. Lifts were playing up which was difficult. Understand they were attempting to fix but was not resolved in the 5 days we were there. Otherwise facilities were good.

Breakfast arrangement was very good, staff was very good in their service. Location is covered by the city buildings and darling harbor is not visible to the rooms. But could be a good option for people who comes to visit the city for business. It was expensive when compared with other hotel prices as it didn’t have a view or much amenities. i.e. pool was very small and the gym too. I don’t feel it is value for money.

We loved the location, it was close to everything we wanted to do. The bed was incredibly comfortable, we slept very soundly. We stayed at the Crowne Plaza because of the wheelchair accessible bathroom and it was probably one of the best disabled bathrooms we have ever used. The shower is great for the disabled person as well as the able-bodied. It had a shower curtain!!! The shelving unit for towels/tissues etc was within reach. The Bar downstairs was very inviting and we enjoyed the cocktails a couple of times. I did think it was too expensive, particularly when we booked for 3 nights and the room is not cleaned whilst you stay there. Disabled people require more linen. The bed should be changed every day and more towels and floor mats supplied. Also the ‘complimentary’ water should be supplied each day. The hanging space is too short. The teapot leaked - everywhere. I believe if the room is not cleaned and all linen is not replaced each day we should be charged a lot less.

Location was excellent! It was a quiet room no road noise or people noise which was awesome considering it was a long weekend.

The staff were very helpful. The bedroom was spacious and clean. We ate dinner in the Hotel restaurant on our first evening and, although the menu was quite small, the food was very good. I especially liked the roof top swimming pool which I used before breakfast both mornings. I had asked if we could have a bedroom with a bath. I was informed that only suites had baths.
