Stunning views but before we got up to our room, parking was easy and quick and the concierge was super friendly. Great personality for front desk. Its minor but wortha mention. There were no plates or saucers so we called to ask for some and they said it will be considered "room service" to provide it and also coz we declined to have them come, they said we can come down to get them... REALLY?

Very good breakfast and friendly staff Hotel rooms outdated and need renovation. King’s Cross location sketchy at night and not a good place to travel with family. Would stay at a different place again.

The location was right next to public transport, shops, bars and food outlets. We were upgraded and the view of sydney Opera house and Bridge incredible. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The amenities were spot on. Very clean and comfortable room Nothing not to like for us was excellent

Very helpful staff with lots of suggestions on places to visit. Excellent location for the train. Lots of fast food places nearby. No sockets next to the bed to charge the phone and the light over the bed doesn't dim enough. The shower is not great and the water is scalding hot so take care.
