Great location. Great beds. Great breakfast. Great staff. Lift was too slow.
-
The location. The noise we could get from other rooms. The bathroom is tiny. We only stay for a night.
-
The location is excellent, its easy to anywhere. A lot of halal food to find
-
Great rooms with double beds, rare for Sydney

location nothing
-
clean and comfortable Ok no issues

Downfall: the lifts were slow - it didn't help they had a couple out of order.

Location and rooms The Scrabbled Eggs. yuck. Not edible.
-
Location was perfect and very clean room The cost of valet of parking.
-
Lovely environment, beautiful solid buildings. Very busy, queues full r lifts.

The location was great. Going away with my children for Mother’s Day, the room view was very disappointing as we were looking at a rusty roof. My kids get excited about looking out the windows and seeing the view and lights.

It was central to everything There was nothing we didn’t like except one of the lift was out and it was hard to come down

The standout feature was the friendly & helpful staff who went above and beyond to make all of us (including the children) feel welcome. A great central location made this an excellent base for exploring the city. It's becoming increasingly tricky to find centrally-located family rooms, so this was a big tick for our family. We all enjoyed the breakfast options. We would happily stay here again. Although the room was clean and comfortable, it felt a bit shabby and could do with some general 'freshening up'.

Not always towels at pool. Lifts took ages to get up to rooms due to one being out of service. Sometimes was a 5 min wait.

5 wonderful nights. I loved that the young girl from Liverpool England on breakfast desk was so full of warm, appropriate personality….a charming girl. . I also appreciated how on ringing reception we were given an extra Doona immediately. The invisible cleaning staff have our highest praise. The Executive lounge was a brilliant surprise. The boys on the ground floor always had a cheery smile and welcome. Lifts were dodgy at the weekend but I gather there was a mechanical problem?????

The lifts were problematic at times because the hotel was so busy. Not a big deal though.

Location is excellent! Service

As we were familiar with the layout of the hotel, we found check-in to be straight forward. I think it could be a little daunting to first timers. The room was lovely, the bed very comfortable, and the view was typical inner city. Location wise you couldn't ask for better if you're looking for a city stay. However, the reception sent us to the wrong room on the wrong level and naturally the room keys wouldn't work. Having to go back to reception to rectify the problem was unpleasant as one of the lifts was out of order and the wait for elevators was tragic...but I'm sure the staff heard enough complaints about the elevator problem and don't need to hear it from me. The executive lounge was not to the standard we expected, certainly not equal to the Hilton, it was understaffed and understocked food wise.

Great location. Very central for a staycation with my family. We had fun in the pool and enjoyed our time in our room. We were disappointed that the menu for the poolside service was pretty limited and no milkshake options.
