Amazingly comfortable bed and pillows. Slept better than at home. Very clean and well-appointed room. The room was quiet and we could not hear other guests or city noise. Our room key had not been coded for the Club Lounge and it took two phone calls and half an hour for staff to solve it. Also, we were staying there with other business associates and decided to order breakfast off the menu instead of going to the buffet. Staff forgot about taking our order then it took half an hour for our food to be delivered, and only after I found the floor manager and got him to chase it up. There were errors with the orders, but we did not question them because we were running out of time.

Location is great , very accessible to all destination in Sydney ! Their breakfast was generous a lot on offer . Room service disappointing, bathroom had nothing, no toothbrush, no cream, TV wasn't working, when i had shower the pipes were screaming , definitely the room wasnt quality checked.

Gorgeous rooms & large gym. Great coffee. Disappointing service, poor attentiveness to customer service / details, not at the expected level for a Marriott of this size in the cbd. The TV was also broken / damaged. We asked for wine glasses multiple times and only received them after a third follow up and an hour late, were then over charged for food. I genuinely think the service ruined the stay. I found the staff to be quite rude and unhelpful. It was for a friends birthday and they did not make the event feel special nor did we feel valued. There are sadly other hotels in the city that will provide a better experience. Please do your research!

Location to start of city2surf and main CBD shops Room servicing was very average. Dirty dishes left and coffeee cups cleaned in bathroom sink and not properly clean and didn’t get coffee topped up daily.

Beautiful large room overlooking Hyde Park. Staff were very helpful. Room service and the food were excellent. The fridge was small and barely took a wine bottle. Didn't supply stemmed wine glasses but we were able to have them supplied from the kitchen. However the room cleaning staff did not clean them although they cleaned other crockery. This was minor and did not spoil our stay however we thought that this was not in keeping with the high quality of the hotel.

Great location, in city centre. Close to shops, restaurants and train station. Rooms so comfortable, quiet and great view over Hyde Park Bit pricey, but it’s good for specials occasions.
