Staff - Hotel receptionists were polite and helpful, and provided exceptional service. The check-in and check-out processes were relatively fast. When we arrived late at night and had to order from UberEats, the front desk offered to deliver it to our room for us. Cleanliness - The room, toilet and towels were very clean. Lift lobbies and corridors were well-maintained and well-lit. No major issues. Comfort - Room is somewhat small, but there is sufficient space to move around. Soundproofing is amazing, there is virtually no sound from other rooms or nearby roads. Value - Priced similarly to hotels around it, while arguably offering a better experience. Good value for money, do consider this hotel if it is within your budget. Location - Amazing location. Wynyard Station is accessible by foot within 10 min, and Darling Harbour is 5 min away. Most tourist attractions are pretty much a few stops away. Facilities - There is a restaurant/bar on the ground floor, and a gym on the second floor, but it is rather small and has limited equipment. The front desk provides complimentary water. Breakfast - Staff at the breakfast service were friendly and courteous. Although the variety was acceptable, the dishes did not change much. Could get boring for longer stays.

The honesty of the hotel staff and them taking my valuable item from my room and saying no one entered the room then refusing to let me access the CCTV footage.

Clean. Within easy walking distance to transport, CBD & Darling Harbour. Quite. Rooms were nice. Bathroom fan had dust build up in all vent slots. Staff at bar seemed uninterested, standing around talking, did not offer menues. Breakfast staff had to be asked repeatedly for items by other patrons & then charged me for services I did not request which check out staff did not seem to worry about .

The breakfast was amazing and also the location - from this hotel you could easily walk all ends of the city center- top pick! Also, the hotel is just 7-10min short walk to one of the metro stations and has a super convenient connection also to the airport - all very hassle free - Thank you

The bar and dining area was excellent. The service and food at breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. It was a perfect location for us to get to our event in Darling Harbour and an easy walk to the city centre.

Location to light rail and metro is good so getting around the city is easy. Access to key areas of CBD also easy . All good. Having a bar and restaurant a bonus.

The location to Barangaroo precinct Could have use more bench space in bathroom and full length mirror could be placed outside bathroom rather than next to bed

Proximity. Close to all restaurants at King street Wharf We had breakfast included with our room and they made us pay for a piccolo.
