Friendly staff and good parking arrangement. We had a tea tray in our room which meant we could have a morning and evening cuppa. Excellent location. Room clean, water hot and nice linen.

The hotel was clean, the staff were professional, and it's in a super convenient location. The free high-end Nespresso machine in the lobby is a nice touch, as is the light grab-and-go breakfast offering. The bed was comfortable, and the cost was reasonable. My room was on the ground floor, and the only window was a mostly frosted-over window from the bathroom looking into a dark-ish concrete courtyard... so, not really any natural light coming into the room. (I imagine if you have a higher-floor / street-facing room, this is not a problem.)

The decor of the hotel was absolutely fantastic, the room and bathroom were meticulously clean and the coffee facilities in the lobby are generous. Super close to Central station and there is a Woolworth Metro just a few doors down for essential groceries. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, the check-in process was butter smooth. The mattresses are quite stiff and the pillows were pretty worthless. Every other aspect of this hotel was amazing however, and a less picky person about beds may not be as bothered.

Location of the hotel is great spot, close to central train station and market place The bathroom is located inside the room without wall separation to the room . This is not confirmed, especially when you need the toilet s. Very strange

The set up of the bathroom. Kind of weird that only a glass sliding door with curtain separated from the main room.

The coffee machine was nice as were the small bites in the morning. I liked that they had a gym option, just wish it were slightly more affordable. The rooms are super tight, especially for families. Wish they had more options that had more space when traveling with more people. It was also an old hotel trying to look stylish.

I was wanting something close to Central Station and of good value price-wise. This was both those things, but more. My Double room (on Level 6 at end of hallway) may have been small but it suited me for 2 nights perfectly. The room was not on street side and was quiet. The little window above the desk looked out to the clocktower of Central Station. The staff courteous and helpful. The modern quirky lobby area well set up with the coffee/tea making facilities, a microwave and some small treats for breakfast laid out at no extra charge (they even found me a Gluten free nut bar, as I couldn't eat the pastries). I see others comment on the glass walled bathroom, but mine had sheer curtain and a blockout curtain to pull across - same with window - so it was private. As a solo traveller too it didn't really matter! One of the lifts with the disco ball was a great laugh and made you interact with other guests! I was also able to store my luggage before and after my stay, which was of great benefit - as it was up the road a short way from Central Station. Overall very happy and would stay there again. The only thing that struck me which was needed was a bedside or reading light over/next to the bed. The clothes stand for hanging I used for putting my suitcase, so nothing next to bed to put anything and only the main room light. I was too exhausted at night to read though and never switched on the tv, so it didn't really matter for this stay.

I was prepared for the bathroom shower flooding issue after reading other comments, but it seems like a pretty simple problem to fix with some basic bathroom renovations. I travelled alone so I used my extra towels to dry excess water by the toilet, but it was still unpleasant.

The location is very good: next to the major train hub. The price is good too. However, my room is next to three rooms so I could hear the door and hallway sound very clearly, especially in the morning when people heading out to the airport. So if you are a light sleeper, you may not choose these rooms.
