The mattresses were shaky and the Soper bed was shaped like a V . Got charged 180 just for that,I got charged 909 for 2 nights never again. Easily the most uncomfortable stay I've had .

Was a comfortable stay, enjoyed the rooms was spacious. The bed was good (but very soft). Really enjoyed the spa and pool area was a nice escape on a rainy day. The hotel bar was good for a pre cocktail drink before going out for dinner. And the buffet breakfast was excellent! The location is very good, with onsite parking which we had included in our room. The sauna unfortunately wasn’t working 100% and was a bit difficult to operate. Theres only 2 lifts which are very slow, so did feel like we spent alot of time waiting for lifts

no kitchenette or even plates or glasses in the room. the freezer in the mini bar couldn't even freeze a bottle of water. no door on the shower meant water splashed into the bathroom floor

We had a very disappointing experience at Rydges Sydney Central during our recent stay. The room phone was not working, and despite multiple requests, it took around 1.5 hours just to get a toothbrush delivered. We had to go down to reception several times before the phone issue was finally repaired. Because of all these delays and poor service, we even missed having breakfast. Almost every request took nearly an hour to be attended to, which made the entire stay extremely frustrating. We initially planned to extend our stay, but due to the overall poor experience, we decided to vacate instead. This stay started off very badly and affected our mood before attending an important conference meeting. We already reported these issues to the manager and were advised to check with Booking.com regarding a refund request. We sincerely request appropriate compensation or a partial refund for the inconvenience caused. Very disappointing experience overall. Additionally, the bathroom exhaust fan was not working properly, which caused a very bad smell to remain in the bathroom throughout our stay. There were also liquid leakage and cleanliness issues in the bathroom area, making the experience even more uncomfortable and unpleasant.

Perfect position and couldn't complain about anything

I would have liked to be able to make the room a bit darker for sleeping .

The pool No pool towels at the pool. You have to go to reception to get towels but the lifts are so busy it takes 20mins to get e towel. There is no shower outside the sauna so people just jump straight pool.

room was right across from a conference room so it was quite loud hearing the set up/pack down and duration of the event.

The room was a good size, and the shower was large and updated. The bed was comfy. The buffet breakfast was nice, and the location is very convenient to central station. It was one thing after another. We stayed her twice, both for 2 nights, on either side of our cruise. The first trip: - the beds were made as 2 single beds and just pushed together (I understand most hotels do this, but they at least pretend by making the bed as a king!). - the lifts take forever (4 lifts servicing at least 11 levels) at the best of times but 2 were shut down for housekeeping at one point. The second trip: - there was a cockroach in our room so we called reception to get them to send someone to get rid of it and they said "I'll see what I can do" like I was asking for a favour! 15 minutes (filled with watching that cockroach like a hawk to make sure it didn't move) later I called housekeeping to get someone to deal with it as clearly reception didn't care. I have better things to do with my time than eyeballing a cockroach all afternoon. - the Chromecast didn't work. - they sent a maintenance person to fix a faulty blind while we were there. We didn't know it was faulty and were relaxing in our room (and not dressed for company if you know what I mean...). Unsurprisingly it didn't get stuck when he was there, so he fixed nothing. We asked him about the Chromecast while he was there, but he couldn't fix it. He did offer to move us to a new room because he couldn't fix it but at that stage, we were unpacked and it seemed like more effort than it was worth. The menu at the connected brewery was also underwhelming for me, but that is purely personal preference, and others would probably find it very appealing.

Amazing location, great staff Bed is always very comfy and clean The bathroom has molds and quite out dated. You need to ask for the robe and the slippers.

Bed is not comfortable! Not enough clean bathroom!

Great location. Good price . Nice breakfast

The room was sunny in the afternoon, looking into trees. The bed was excellent and other facilities as expected within the price range. The swimming pool and brewery were added bonuses. We would return to this hotel for these excellent facilities. The incentive to reduce environmental impact is good. A minor detail- the artwork on room wall.
